Negative experience: I hired Ted for a case paid $2500. He did absolutely nothing. He didn't do anything he said he was gonna do. Then he wouldn't answer or return phone calls. So people stay away from him he's worthless. Now I have to deal with small claims court because this idiot didn't know what he was doing.

Negative experience: This company placed a tracking device on our family vehicle after being hired by an unknown individual for unknown reasons. The company irresponsibly left the device on our vehicle causing damage. When questioned by detectives the CEO would not corporate giving information requested and have yet to respond to subpoena from law enforcement. I find it disturbing and unethical that anyone can pay for your services and you feel you have a right to violate the privacy of individuals. I look forward to discussing this issue. .....

Negative experience: After I paid Ted, he never called me back. I had to call him a couple of times and he gave me information I had given him. After not hearing from him, I kept calling, leaving messages and no answer, so I gave up. Im going to have to hire another company. After a couple of months, somebody from my family called him to investigate something for them and he gave them our information and told her I had contacted him and what I had contacted him for. No privacy on his part.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Investigations America, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and dedication were evident. Negative experience: Well, I have a different experience than the surveillance of a boyfriend, theft, child custody, missing person or workplace issue. Mine was to investigate a "death "which Ted said he could do and would be interviewing people and visiting the police station first. I received no "timely manner " information .I never received any paper work .Ted never did what the contract said. the time sadly was Feb-May 9th I gave fees quickly and received no paperwork in a " time manner! " No interviews or police visit was made. Maybe big businesses will benefit from this agency , but I was lead to believe his work was going to get done and it was not. I can't recommend Investigations America.

Fantastic experience: Me evaluation of Ted Moss would be 10 star if that option were available. I was engaged and suspected, my ex fiancé at this point, was not being faithful nor honest. After going through the ups and downs of the situation for 8 months I finally was fortunate enough to find Ted to investigate my situation. I only wish I had done so earlier for after that long 8 months of emotional frustration and hurt it only took Ted one day to start finding the truth. It took his 2 week investigation to find there was another woman. He sent me tracking information with time and dates along with pictures of the two together at various times. It was the best money I have spent in a long time. I can now go forward in my life and am happy because of the peace of mind I found through the investigation with Ted. I highly recommend Ted for his professionalism, Knowledge of his field and precise expertise.
