I had a need for a due dilligence investigation to be conducted on several individuals who I was considering entering into a business relationship with. A particular detail that stood out to me, was that photographs and resumes of both the owner and his agency's private investigators were proudly displayed on the website. While reviewing other private investigation websites, I would see neither photos or resumes, almost as if they were trying to appear like they were the CIA. Fantastic experience: I recently had a significant judgement placed against a person that I had a financial entanglement with. I wanted try finding out if this guy had any assets without using a lawyer, so I could save money in case the debtor had any money. I did not even know whether searching someones assets was legal or not. I contacted several private investigators who told me it was legal but could not explain to me how so, if that makes any sense, I was concerned about doing something I had no legal right to do. Fantastic experience: We recently had a situation with a thieving moving company out of Pittsburgh that reportedly had a few of our items in NJ. In the middle of the night I woke up after 3 months of nearly 0 communication and decided I needed a set of eyes to confirm if my things were in fact, still around or if I had to move on and forget all my family heirlooms. I contacted Bob and advised him of the situation. Before collecting any money he did a preliminary poke around which allowed me to do a bit more groundwork on my end to find the apparent "new" location of my goods. I paid the fee (which I could not afford just before xmas but, had to part with) to have 2 of his men attend the address in question, and remove my things. They were subsequently shipped by UPS to my freight forwarder in Miami. I found the details at the end of a day and after paying a deposit my items were collected at 1030 am the next day. I was of course nervous but after reading the history of the team I had faith. I am a little in the red this xmas but, the cost was worth my sleep, sanity & overall wellbeing. I've never used a PI before and thought my needs were a little off but, they worked with me to get a result. Surprised and happy to have closed this whole mess down before the end of the year.
