Fantastic experience: I can’t tell you enough !! Ryan is an experienced investigator!! My children’s father owed me 48,000 in back child support, he found him so quickly! I highly recommend Ryan!! If I could give him 100 stars I could !!

Negative experience: Ryan was very rude during my husband's investigation and unprofessional. I asked for the invoice and for him to explain the investigation to me because he sent everything by email and I didn't understand anything. He told me to stop bothering him because he would file criminal charges against me. I feel he is racist for being a Latina woman. I had him investigate my husband and a woman I suspected of infidelity. He cited me in a restaurant which was unprofessional for me, and he asked for an advance payment. He didn’t give me an invoice for the $1000 copies he requested; I paid $30 for the record I obtained from my husband, and he presented 2 houses that he lent, which he never informed me about. This investigator didn't investigate anything, he scammed me and provided less than what was contracted. I asked him about it, and now he changed his story, saying he didn't tell me that I had to read what he investigated. Since I had already paid, I feel it's logical to believe he is a rude, disrespectful Mexican. It’s very important for him to provide a contract because he promises and doesn’t fulfill everything he told me; he said I would have everything in 2 weeks, but it took a month. I never asked for anything for free; now he claims he cited me in a restaurant to avoid paying for the interview, which offends me. I asked him to read me the report he investigated. He says there’s another charge, which he never mentioned. He told me he charged $450 per person and never said anything about charging me for the interview or reading the report. What offended me most is that if I keep bothering him, he will file criminal and civil charges against me for being Mexican. That is an offense because I never offended him; he was the rude one. I wanted to cancel it, and he said I couldn’t because I found him unprofessional to cite me in a restaurant where everyone can hear. I live in Hawaii and in Woodlands; I come to Texas, which is my second home, and it makes me sad that a Mexican behaves this way towards a Mexican woman who never asked him for a free investigation. I’m still waiting for the invoice for what I paid. Besides, he threatened to send the invoice and the copies to my husband at my house, and I saw that he abuses the fact that I’m a woman. But I'm not submissive or dumb; he met a Mexican woman who has more guts than this disrespectful man. I will now have to look for another investigator to read me the report he investigated on my husband. Why should I tell him he has to tell me all this if I don’t understand? Then why did I pay for the investigation? He told me to stop harassing him. I'm sorry if it's his job. I feel very disappointed and bad about the racial mistreatment towards me. He only cares about the money, and I will hold him responsible for whatever happens to me because he already has all my data on my cars and my houses. In response to his answer, he is lying; I never asked him to put a tracker on my husband. I told him I was tracking him with an iPhone GPS. He said starting the divorce was illegal; everything he wrote is a lie. He is not professional or respectful. I never invited him to Hawaii; I told him I needed to know what he said about my husband from the investigation because I was about to return home here in Hawaii, since my husband lives in Texas and I live in Hawaii for safety reasons. He told me he needed to go on vacation with his baby, and I said I would invite him with his mom to Hawaii but would have problems with my husband and neighbors. It seems he wants to tarnish my reputation. I have the texts and will file charges for telling lies; he only wrote about my experience with this rude, unprofessional man. I never asked him to open the email of a woman who accidentally got into my mail with my husband’s last name. He lies a lot. Be very careful; he is not professional. I never said my husband brought me in as contraband; he is a liar and will be in legal trouble. I am not illegal; my migration documents are coming through Vawa visa. He lies to look good for those who see the recommendations of this rude fool. He does not know how to respect women. Be careful if you think of asking for his help with infidelity; he knows nothing, especially with car license plates. He knows where my husband is; they would have already caught all the criminals, don't you think? As for infidelity investigations, he knows nothing.

Without the expertise of International Specialized Investigations, we would have never located our defendant and would have had to pay the court a $35,000 forfeiture we would have never been able to recover. We hired another group to locate this individual - they worked this case for NINE MONTHS with no results. ISI found him in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. This is the only group we will ever higher and the only group we will refer to others.
