I had called to see if this location was opened, and I was not made aware that I was going to need to make an appointment. However, when I spoke to Robert over the phone and he made me aware that I needed an appointment I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do what was necessary or required for my current situation. Robert was extremely empathetic to my situation when I let him know that I did not have a vehicle and this was the only time I would be able to come in. He made sure that he could find a way to fit me into the schedule, which was more than I could ask for he went above and beyond to assist me and I am so very grateful for that! This is exceptional service, and honestly, any other business may have just turned me away. The customer service that is given to anyone who may call or walk through the door is over the top and I highly recommend anyone who may need any of these services to come to this establishment. I was treated like a friend or family member which made me feel welcomed and comfortable rather than feeling like I am just another person who was being rushed out the door so the next person could be seen. Fantastic experience: I had my fingerprints taken at this place a couple of months ago, and today when my husband told me he needed the same service I rushed to get him the information from live Scan fingerprints since the process was so smooth and fast. The service, the professionalism, the fact that they understood what an "appointment" means and you walk straight in to get your services done, not like other places where you have to wait 20, 30 minutes or more even tough you have an appointment. The instructions are clear, the communication is wonderful, if I could I will give this place 10 stars.
