We scheduled a time for him to come out and afterwards he provided an updated quote. Upon reviewing the quote, we scheduled him to install the system. We're now up and running and looking forward to this relationship with DEPS. I've now been with them for seven months and I agree with my initial review even more. They're always responsive and willing to assist in any way possible.

Fantastic experience: The cameras and security system worked perfect during a recent break in. System activated promptly and text request for emergency services worked great. Police response requested was prompt and PD disrupted the crime in progress upon their arrival. Camera images are extremely clear. Image was used to help identify the criminal.

Fantastic experience: As an organization, we had issues with our fire alarm systems. Since switching to DEPS, they have been prompt and responsive. They also installed camera systems at multiple locations of ours. We couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: DEPS Security recently installed external security cameras, a new security system and remote controlled thermostats for our home.  They communicated with us on a clear and timely basis from the beginning of the proposal process, through scheduling and completion of the project.  Jonathan and Eric arrived on time and began the install after a brief discussion of the layout plan.  In fact, the day before install, I asked Jonathan if he could install the thermostats, which was not in the original proposal.  He responded quickly and brought them to the job.  The project was completed professionally with high quality.  Wiring was well hidden and they were able to use some components of our existing system, including a front door camera.  They assisted us in the phone setups and explained how to access the system and use the video, playback, temperature controls and security system.  Excellent work ....Excellent service.

I had multiple quotes from other vendors, and even though this one was not least expensive (not by much) I ended up going with this because of the thoroughness of their walk-through and professionalism of their response. Installation was no different. The team showed up on time when they were supposed to and got to work quickly. They knocked a complicated job very quickly and got me up and running. After the installation, they've been great about following up and ensuring that I have the support we need to utilize the software and hardware. Would definitely recommend and they will be my go-to vendor next time I'm in the market for security equipment/software.

Fantastic experience: Had beeping start at 3 am and checked the control panel. Saw several low batteries on sensors. We called and they were very helpful and got someone to us as fast as they could. Found out the beeping wasn’t their stuff but the smoke detectors in our house! Jonathan was amazing and got the beeping stopped. Never better service and we will be staying with DEPS for the future , plus tell as many people as possible.
