Positive experience: I plan on giving a honest review after receiving the report this afternoon. As others have said $475 for a comprehensive report paid through cash app or zelle. Update, report came in on time. Still some details we are looking for as it seems some of the information maybe a little dated. We have sent an email and requested for the possibility of more up to date information. Hopefully additional information will come with the already paid for report. 2nd update: Don’t pay his price of $475. It took a while but it was cheaper through a lawyer. Skip trace had more information and cost 10% of his price. Many online website will provide the exact same info for a much cheaper price. My thought is he is making extra money ordering reports online for $50 and then selling them for $475 which is right under the federal litigation mark.

Negative experience: I used Marshalls & Associates investigation in July and September of 2023 to help me to do research on a fraudulent business. When I called the first time, I asked for a individual report to get a better understanding of what I was dealing with. Derrick did the report and 1 day for 475 dollars. I came back a month later for the full business report derrick had quoted me 500 dollars in text for. When I called back, he explained that he usually charges more money for this report but since he quoted me 500 dollars and I did a report before he will honor the quote. (our agreement was that for 500 dollars he would get me the report in 7 business days) FIRST RED FLAG #1. On Sept 10th I paid Derricks 500 dollars. I heard nothing from Derrick or anyone on his team for weeks. RED FLAD #2 When he finally answered he was extremely rude and said that he would let me know when his team was finished. RED FLAG #3. Leah from Derricks team finally sends me the report at the end of the month. By this time my lawyer has lost lots of valuable time. To add injury to insult Derrick had his team do a report on the wrong company. I texted Derrick that this was the wrong company and received no response from him. I honestly know that I was a free target due to being deployed overseas. I wrote this review so that this would not happen to anyone else. Maybe my experience was a one off for Derrick and his company, but he has done nothing to rectify his mistake. In essence I wasted my money with him.

Negative experience: This guy Derrick is a joke. I should have seen the red flags when I read the reviews with 1 star. They are all similar to what he did to us. When I first contacted him he said yes I can find her for sure. Next thing was to Zelle him the money so I did like an idiot. He was very responsive through text and phone calls the same day I hired him. The last thing he said that day was 24-48 hrs so I gave him till today 2/2/2024. I text him in the morning no response from him, so I waited till the afternoon and text him again nothing, so I called he didn’t answered so I left a voicemail. He text me saying that report was sent last week and I responded with how could that be when I just hired you on Tuesday 1/30/2024. He text back with a correction saying it was emailed a couple days ago, so I text him telling him he was doing to me like he did to several reviewers on google and if he had the report to re-send it. He sent it then text me saying my case was closed and I was blocked because he didn’t appreciate my tone. Again he is a joke a true scam artist. The report that was received was a report just like we received from Intellius. True scam. Just received another text from Derrick and this is what it says: Don't be sorry. Just know that you get what you put out in the world. Your report has been sent twice and your an idiot. And you case is closed. ;) For one I didn’t say sorry. I had nothing to be sorry about, he should be the one to be sorry for scamming people. He is very unprofessional. Beware people!

Negative experience: Like everyone else I believe in Derrick's promises and the good reviews on Google .I was promised by this man videos and photos showing the proof of the investigation and I never received any but just a writing report with a false location, time and lie , I paid at front and never received what I paid for. I contacted him and he said that my case was closed after that he never answered me again any of my email or phone calls this is a scam and I requested my full refund back and still haven't heard anything back from him.

Negative experience: Asked for a locate specifically not a report and had my invoice even changed from comprehensive report to locate. I paid promptly and didn't hear from anyone for a month before i emailed them. I was told 3 times that I never paid my invoice, when they finally figured out I had paid I was given a comprehensive report. I told Derrick that's not what I asked for and I have proof. He asked if my person I needed to locate had any social media (isn't that his job?). Through more pain and wasting my time he stopped responding even after I asked for a refund. He was extremely rude and treated me with no respect.

So i decided to hire Derrick marshall & Associates to find out who the owner of the car was. Because i did take a picture of the plate. Negative experience: I spoke to Derrick. When I first made my inquiry I asked specific questions to be answered he promised me they would with a background check. I believed him because I seen such good reviews. I WAS WRONG. Not only was he not responsive to my emails and I emailed SEVERAL times. He was very direct with requesting the money through “cash app” i never seen money be requested by a “professional business” through cash app. He requested the same request 3 times! Once he sent back the background check it had NO INFORMATION on who I was inquiring about thus deceiving me. Mind you no contracts were sent, no written form of what the terms and conditions were. I feel disrespected in so many levels I explain this was to find information about my deceased paternal family and father. I politely requested he do a thorough check like he promised and he denied it and demanded another 300 dollars . I told him no I wasn’t going to pay more when my services weren’t even met. Thus he stop replying to emails again so I demanded a refund and he denied my refund and threatened me with stating I was harassing him. When IM THE ONE who feels violated with such poor service and theft of money. Update: you shouldn’t lie to customers you may have some good reviews but if you throughly read there are several clients who’ve experienced similar experiences that I have. Next time be more clear and I advise yall set up some terms and conditions. You literally stole my money you never said refunds weren’t able to be made. And i find that disrespectful when I don’t know never even spoken to you in person or on the phone. And yet you took my money and personal information. But you wanna talk about God? God doesn’t like thieves or deceitfulness…
