Fantastic experience: I retained Andrew Marocchini's office in connection with the investigation of a difficult fall down case. My client had suffered serious injuries when he fell through the stairs of an apartment building in which he was working. Mr. Marocchini's investigation work was invaluable in bringing the case to a successful resolution. He discovered that not only was the landlord well-aware of the defective staircase, but that a tenant had stopped paying rent as a result of the same. He found the court pleadings evidencing this fact. The landlord's defense of lack of notice failed and the resulting settlement was fair, just and very reasonable. Fantastic work. Thank you.

It is never a good situation when having a family member or friend needing to post bail but the professionalism and compassion she displayed helped ease what was a very difficult situation. When other local bail bondsmen could not be bothered at 2 am on a Wednesday morning for what I guess is considered a small bond, Liz drove over an hour and a half to help. When I asked her why she drove so far for such a small bond she said, “This is what I signed up for and that she could not let someone’s loved one sit in jail if she is able to help.” If you’re like me and have no clue how bail works and what to do call Liz! She will respond with compassion and help you navigate through a very difficult circumstance. Thank you Liz!

This deal meant staying in and not bonding out. Mary Jane had waited hours with me and at that point for nothing.
