Fantastic experience: I had need of a PI firm on a Sunday, and a google search brought me to Mike and Empire Pacific. Mike was immediately responsive and had two investigators on site where needed within a couple of hours. The investigators were great with communication and efficient with their time on assignment. Bottom line, I had an urgent need (tracking down a theft) and Empire had things up and running in short order. Hopefully I won't have any further need, but I would call them again if I did.

Negative experience: Save your money if you are trying to locate someone. All the info Mike Hakimi provided me for $250 dollars was info that I already had, most of which I found on my own for free, some was provided with a small fee on various websites. Mike was happy to answer my questions prior to taking my money, but his response was short and didnt provide much detail, I felt he just wanted to take my money. Next time I need a private investigator, it will not be Empire Pacific. Save your money, use the internet to find what you need, or go with someone else.

Negative experience: Just called Mike and he was very rude. He did not even give me a quotation and wanted to send a credit card authorization also was yelling just terrible service and I would not recommend it at all. In reply to the owner: I did not say anything about looking for the lowest pay, this is just your assumption, it was your rudeness during the call, just like this smarty remark Mr/Mrs. I did not yet say that you hang up during the first call and that I had called you again and you stated that the disconnection was from my end which wasn't possible from the landline I was calling from. You could have just politely said that you did not want to take the case, maybe because of my accent! I doubt the genuinity of those positive reviews after contacting you.
