Negative experience: Charged a 100% restocking fee for a purchase I never took possession of Edit: Was never offered to have it shipped to me. My options were either pick it up (I was out of state) or pay $50/month for it to be held for me (I had no idea when I'd be back in state). 100% restocking fee is a total scam, you could have at least offered a store credit or something. Skip this place.

Negative experience: Not sure what the deal is here. You have good reviews but when my wife and I came into your shop, we felt like we were bothering you guys. My wife is a retired air force colonel, and an expert marksman. We both felt disrespected, and you lost a lot of sales today. You pissed me off good.

Negative experience: If you can choose another store, go to that one. Absolutely terrible service. Went in for a holster which I was glad they did have, but from the second I walked in dude made me feel like an inconvenience. Has Absolutely no personality. Act as though me asking questions was a complete waste of his time even though I said when I walked in that this my first gun and had no idea what I was looking for. Truly the worst place to go especially as a person who is new to owning and using a gun.

Fantastic experience: I have had several firearms I bought elsewhere and had them sent to Naples Gun Shop for FFL, these guys are pro's and have always been up front and outstanding! I was in their shop one day a customer decided that he would walk right around the counter and go into the clearly marked Employee's Only back office, the owner asked the customer to please not come into our back office this is for Shop personal only and the guy was down right rude, the owner was a lot nicer than I would have been. I will be having my wife and grand daughter signing up for Safety class with Naples Gun Shop in the near future. Feel very good about them being trained by their staff. Thanks Naples gun shop!!

Fantastic experience: I have been licensed in another state for 30+ years when I was told I needed to take a safety class to get my Florida license I was less than thrilled and felt what a waste of my afternoon I took the course with Adam and was very impressed with his knowledge and he made the class enjoyable and I did learn a few things from him so you can teach a old dog new tricks Highly recommend Naples Gun Shop and really highly recommend Adam as a instructor

Fantastic experience: I took the gun safely and qualification class with Adam this week. Adam is a very knowledgeable gun enthusiasts and explains in great detail the safe handling of a weapon, how to hold, stand and aim properly. I learned that my left eye is my dominant eye by a simple exercise Adam had the group perform, never knew that and think it will greatly help my aim. This class was well worth my time and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend it to beginners and expirenced gun owners.

Fantastic experience: I took the licensing course. I am attention deficit and do not do well in classes. This one held my attention the entire 3.5 hours. The instructor was incredible and very authentic. I highly recommend this company. I will buy my gun there!

Fantastic experience: Ginny and her husband, "Lockdown", are class acts. I found this shop a few weeks ago while looking for a transfer service. The staff was professional, timely, and communicated well during the transaction . I enjoyed the interaction so much that I signed up for one of their trainings. Ginny and Martha were both great. Fantastic experience: Attended the basic handgun safety course conducted by Adam Schank at the Naples Gun Shop on Thursday January 18th. Adam was very knowledgeable and was able to make explanations and comments about the real world of handing and safety of handguns. Adam's real world experiences in life made him the most qualified instructor that you could expect to teach this class. I highly recommend attending this class, even if you don't own a handgun.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Rude employee. Bad attitude. Don’t go in here if you are new to guns. Asked about a Luger, he confirmed it. Googled it after and it turned it to be a Swedish variant of the Luger.

Fantastic experience: I’m a retired police officer and a veteran I was treated like gold and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly I recommended this store to my family and friends I bought a few guns and will be back for any future purchases.

Negative experience: Pretty cranky dudes with a bad attitude Working here. I vacation here often and have visited most of the naples gun shops. I'd advise avoiding this one. These guys don't want your business. I'll be driving the extra distance to Alamo

Negative experience: Seems like these guys only know how to treat new to the gun world people, slick remarks, when asking about parts they show no interest in even attempting to see if it's available, talked down about some gun brands on the showroom floor, only seem to want to sell high value items but never asked what I wanted it for. Take a class and welcome people to the gun world but this place is basically pre kindergarten for gun a person. Showed me a pistol and couldn't even demonstrate a simple tear down or explain how a feature works. If I was a vendor I'd pull them from my list. If a customer is looking for something you sell your job as a vendor is to know that product and represent it with pride, no matter what your personal opinion is of it it's a good item but there's better. They definitely did get my $$ (To the person who replied you are obviously just a desk jockey the kid who spoke to me is no combat vet and if it's owned by one he needs to check the employee you lost several sales to bad sales people stop defending them get better people) employee would not show how to field strip firearms and had no knowledge of the item in question. You can write all you want still bad service.

Fantastic experience: Very informative class, learned the different gun models, pistols to rifles. Even the different types of bullets and ammunition was intresting on how a 22 vs a 45 bullets flowers when shot. Gun safety to FL laws and standing your ground Ginnys got it covered. At the end of the class you get to shoot 2 rounds, I was nowhere near the bullseye, it went up somewhere lol. All questions answered! Ginny was amazing! Great class!

Fantastic experience: Took the basic handgun class. Excellent class and an excellent instructor. I am a total novice with guns and did not feel intimidated at all. Lot of information provided, hands on with the instructor taking whatever time each person needed. Highly recommend to anyone considering the class.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Naples Gun Shop for the Basic Handgun Safety & Shooting Course on 11/9. I have been shooting for years, but wanted the CWP. The course was made excellent because of Adam, a highly experienced veteran and former Collier County Deputy. I highly recommend this course to first time gun owners and experienced owners as well.

Fantastic experience: I recently took the Basic Handgun Safety and Shooting Course offered monthly be the Naples Gun Shop. I highly recommend the course for beginners and experienced handgun owners. It's required for concealed carry and should be required for all gun owners. Adam, who is an honored veteran and expert. taught the course. His vast experience brought meaningful and entertaining stories to the classroom and made the time go by without boredom.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't handled a gun in years, so I took the Basic Pistol / Concealed License Class at The Naples Gun Shop. It was well -taught and addressed the needs of both experienced and totally inexperience students. Our instructor, Adam Schank, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I highly recommend this class for the novice, or rusty individual wanting to get familiar with hand guns again.

Negative experience: Went in to buy a handgun and rifle. Whoever helped me had so much attitude I walked out basically mid sentence. I actually have a good amount of experience with firearms but it still felt I was being talked down to and just snide remarks. Ill take my 3 grand to the Alamo instead. Edit: I'm obviously not going to hunt bears I'm not an idiot (they know this, they are trying to save face). It was a pistol for carrying in the woods (which is legal) in case a bear tries to maul me or something. Instead of just apologizing for having a bad day and treating me poorly they are just making stuff up. Edit2: if you have any questions about who you are dealing with at this business, look at the owner's response of any negative review here. Character attacks, blaming, made up nonsense that cant be refuted in a Google review.

As a first time Gun owner , I wanted to be trained how to safely use a handgun .I was welcomed by Ginny, one of the owners and she assured the group that we would leave this course better equipped to safely handle a firearm . She was absolutely correct. Adam ( our instructor ) was simply awesome. Very knowledgeable about firearms and made us feel comfortable . He was very patient with us and ensured that we grasped the correct way to handle a handgun. He highlighted the importance of Gun safety and ensured that each of us in the class handled the firearm correctly. We were comfortable asking questions and he had all the answers and more. Naples Gun Shop is the place to go if you are thinking of getting a firearm and need training . The Course is comprehensive and Adam ensured that everyone participated. He also provided us with tips on how to apply for CWP Adam, you were spot on. I applied for my CWP on 04/24 and received it on 05/05 Thank you Naples Gun Shop

Fantastic experience: My wife, daughter and I attended the Naples gun shop basic beginners class for concealed weapons certification. The entire program was extremely beneficial for all of us. Ginny, one of the owners, greeted us and made us feel welcome. As you can imagine, as first time gun owners it can be intimidating. But Ginny made us feel welcome. The class was taught by Adam. Adam was fantastic. My wife and daughter were the only two women in the class. Adam made them feel comfortable and took time to help them through some hands on exercises. I appreciated how patient he was with them. He also did and excellent job teaching us about the good, bad and ugly about gun ownership. Trust me it's eye opening and you learn quick that this is a serious decision. This the biggest reason I recommend taking this class at Naples Gun Shop. Not only are the people great, the class informative but you also learn if you are ready to be a responsible gun owner. Fantastic experience: As a basic handgun safety and practical gun class , taught by a knowledgeable instructor Adam, it was as expected vvg. The mix of verbal instruction, with all questions answered & physical handling of a demonstration handgun and actual gun was executed perfectly. The most important aspect of gun handling and personal safety was paramount. The basic do and don’ts of the law as related to handguns in Florida specifically was thorough. The individual handgun handling and execution and observation byAdam with personal instruction with patience , no pressure and working until done rt & safe was outstanding. The end requires individuals to handle load and fire the handgun safety and competent to pass the class for a CC license. The course as it should be is all business the owner is on premises and answered all ques. As a newbie walking in is a little intimidating but you are put ease.
