Fantastic experience: I chose this location to pick up my firearm delivery & the process was a great from start to finish. Once it was ready and approved for pick up the communication was amazing, in addition to being so accommodating to my work schedule. Richard was so kind enough to stay after hours to ensure I was able to pick up my item! I was so thankful! Amazing experience overall!

Fantastic experience: Enrolled in Private Security Guard Training and both Rich Wilson and Chief Stein were fantastic teachers. The premises were very hospitable and the curriculum answered every question I had and didn’t know I even had.

Fantastic experience: Class was very hands on and was highly informative class. My K instructor was Mr. Stein, Richard. Drilled gun safety and the law around owning or the use of a firearm. He was very accommodating and fun instructor with a awesome personality which was refreshing and exciting. I would highly recommend both the D and G class for proper safety and extra percussions. They also offer training and classes that I suggest looking at. Doesn't hurt to have as much training as possible when handling a firearm. It doesnt hurt to gain the knowledge nessccary to keep your surroundings safe and more importantly yourself safe. Triple A certification class. Highly recommended. Fantastic experience: They are always professional in how they handle things. They treat people like family and also show respect as well. I just wish when I was a little younger before my seizure, I wouldn’t have been so naive and disrespectful. I do miss working for them but that was on me we all make mistakes sometimes even ones that we can’t fix. Rich is a very understanding and kind man.

Fantastic experience: I attended the unarmed security officer class to be able to obtain my class D license. I was extremely impressed at the high level of instruction given. If you have no prior experience in law enforcement or security, this is definitely the best class you can take to prepare yourself for a successful career in Security. My instructor Rich Wilson, is a retired police officer. Mr Wilson shares his experiences of his 30 year career which adds tremendous value to his instruction. I, myself am a retired Correctional Lieutenant. I can honestly say this company exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!

His helpers in the office like Cat are also great as well and don’t mind helping with anything at all. He got straight to the point, making the learning process efficient. Definitely ask about Richard about the “Chin trick” while shooting. Fantastic experience: Came to a free lecture about the benefits and responsibilities of concealed carrying and the different rules for constitutional carry. Staff was great. Lecture was informative. The "sales pitch" for USCCA membership was good and persuasive without being high pressure. Be advised though, if you use Google maps to get directions it might take you to the warehouse behind the building which is across a canal.

Positive experience: Knowledgeable staff, great instruction by Rich Wilson... would've been 5 stars but for the fact that ALL license requirements are not specified beforehand so people don't spend their money on a class/certification they can't use due to unspecified stipulations ( "good morals" rule for example) ...learning you may not qualify for your state license AFTER you pay is wasteful of time, money & resources. Shameful practice.
