I was contacted by Stealth Investigations LLC concerning unclaimed money that I knew nothing about. Of course, we all have a little skepticism in today’s world. After contacting their office and speaking to an employee, I was convinced to move forward in collecting the funds that I was unaware of to be paid, which was a sizeable amount. I received the money owed in a speedy manner. Most of the employees work from home since the pandemic as most companies have reverted to. If you are contacted by Stealth Investigations, they will have already done their research and due diligence in gathering information. The only thing left was to verify that I was the recipient based on the information that they had gathered. After verifying the information, they began the process of collecting the money. As they began collecting the funds to reimburse, I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Negative experience: I started this review a different way originally and have changed it to help others. This company is cold calling phone numbers associated with who they THINK the refund belongs to. They search for the name and find a phone number linked to who they are trying to contact. They are not accurate, nor have you contacted their company as suggest in their voicemail. In this case they are trying to contact my Father-in-law not my husband but they have the same name, SR & JR issues lol. However, they didn't know that when they called me. So like I said they are cold calling numbers they think are associated with the person they think they are contacting. You get a 1 star for the following reasons: 1 - You cold called me 2 - You are not good at investigations 3 - You are just trying to get money from people that didn't know they had monies unclaimed with the state of TX. Shame on you.

Negative experience: Called me absolutely non-stop, borderline harassment. I even stopped by their "office" to "handle" this situation. What do you know... Completely empty office (I arrived during business hours), and all the voicemails for their "employees" are recorded with the same voice... They'll harass you aaaall day but good luck finding an actual person to deal with. Spam spam spam!!!!

Fantastic experience: My story begins over a year ago when I received a phone call from a person identifying herself as a Stealth Investigation representative. Immediately I thought, "oh great another telemarketer". She began by explaining how they retrieved my name, the business operation, and how the process works. By this point I was ready to hang up the phone. I was impressed at how well-spoken the representative was and what a good scheme was layed out. I was not sold on the scheme, and I requested to do some research about the business. For approximately two weeks I did extensive online research via Google, the Better Business Bureau, County Clerk office, and many reviews. All information was positive. I received another from Stealth call shortly after and decided to give the agency a chance. I had a high degree of skepticism, but I was willing to give some personal information to get the process rolling. After several email and document exchanges, I was convinced this is the real deal. The agency does all the leg work, pays court documentation costs, and pays the postage. All I had to do was believe and provide information. I have to say, the process took over a year, but that was my fault for not having all the necessary information, otherwise our business relationship would've ended quickly. I was ready to give up because it was taking so long, I even told the agency to stop pursuing the matter. Stealth Investigations staff never gave up, in fact they were persistent and worked hard on my behalf to secure what was due to my family. I never heard of such a business. I didn't realize an agency such as Stealth Investigations was out to actually help people. Of course, they make some money, it's a business. For all the hard work and persistence, it sure seemed awful low what I was charged. Words will never describe the feeling and gratitude I have for Stealth Investigations. The professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and sympathy displayed by the staff is to be commended. She shared the contact information and I was connected to Dustin. Dustin provided details and thorough explanation of the process in order to obtain the unclaimed estate of my father. They checked in regularly and from start to finish, I had received a payment in about two months time. Would have never known about this and am thankful for their help. This is not a scam. I paid nothing until I received my payment.
