Fantastic experience: It's a great corporate building, with enough offices available and good parking space. Strategically located between the industrial, commercial, and residential areas of Elmhurst and Addison with quick access from Lake St and I-290.
Fantastic experience: I have to get fingerprinted for my nursing license. I went to usps 4 times this week, and their machines didn’t work. I can’t begin to explain how frustrating of an experience it was! I found this place in Elmhurst and it was quick, efficient, reliable and the gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. I should’ve come here initially!! I highly recommend. Don’t waste your time elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Came here recently for a volunteer thing. I had no idea what to expect, the space itself is kinda awkward but was in and out within 30 minutes as a walk in. Bill was kind, efficient and explained things along the way.
Negative experience: Location very hidden. Walk in accepted but you will wait there for hours. Went there to get prints done for a job and manager was going to pay but the company did not want to take info over phone. Made me waste my time

Negative experience: Came in after learning their wicker park location was closed with no notice on their website. Was told they would be opening later, then that didn’t happen for hours. Had to drive all the way out to Elmhurst. Got there and there is no sign in sheet, no order, people literally have to jump up to say their next. Unless you are rude or have all day to wait, don’t bother.

Fantastic experience: I am an Uber driver and I was helping an older gentleman to the doctor's office with Dr Davis. It was a very confusing situation but I helped the gentleman up to his appointment. The staff was so nice to me as I was trying to figure out what was going on for the gentleman. All of the staff was wonderful. They accommodated my questions and got the older gentleman his appointment.
Negative experience: terrible customer service from corporate. Messed up with my fingerprints twice, delaying my nursing license getting processed by a month and then asked me to pay extra money to have my fingerprints processed and sent to the IDPR. when asked if I could speak to a manager, woman stated that the manager was too busy to take my call. Go somewhere else.
Negative experience: Technician who processed my finger was very blunt and rude. I was very young compared to everyone else there so I was unsure of how the process worked and he was very impatient with my lack of knowledge throughout the whole process.

Negative experience: I needed my finger prints for a job so they emailed me to go to the Holiday inn express suites in Bourbonnais IL, so I get there the guy is sleep in the chair so I knocked to wake him up and that’s when the rudeness began I never had someone talk to me that rude before for no reason I think he should take some customer services classes to learn how to speak to people in a polite manner.

Fantastic experience: Today was the second time within a year that I've needed to visit this location. Last time was great and this time I came to write a positive review because of the great service provided by Jerome. And it is funny because the first thing I saw were several positive reviews about Jerome. Love it. He was super professional and efficient. made it seamless and was genuinely friendly during the short process. This is the kind of employee you do everything to keep, because in 2021 America it is rare to get a nice person like this working for you. I went several miles out of my way to come back here for service because of my positive experience last time in March (I'm sorry I can't remember her name- Late 20s, early 30s hispanic woman, very professional!!). Definitely recommend coming here if you need fingerprinting.

Fantastic experience: I walked in expecting to sit for half an hour then be rushed through by a disgruntled employee… that’s not what happened at all! I walked in and was greeted warmly. Jerome was kind and good at his job. He knew exactly what to do based on the paperwork I brought and I was in and out in minutes, even though he had to write a bunch out by hand for DCFS. We chatted and laughed and I left in a better mood than I had arrived in. Entirely unexpected, but wonderful customer service from a great guy! Thank you Jerome!!!

Positive experience: Sent in out of state fingerprints, their agent indicated they look fine in terms of quality so I went ahead with their services. Never heard back from them and after numerous emails to ISP was told they were rejected due to poor quality. Their staff told me to get prints taken again and pay again...not terribly impressed given that their core business is processing fingerprints and try couldn't recognize poor quality impressions.
Good Afternoon Mr. Singh, We are sorry you feel our service was worthy of a 2-star review. However, we are not responsible for how another company rolls your fingerprints. You were fingerprinted in your state and you mailed those fingerprint cards to us. We had nothing to do with putting your fingerprints onto the card. We simply put the card you mailed us on a scanner which converts the card to an electronic file. In terms of who decides if the fingerprints are good or bad, that is at the discretion of the Illinois State Police and FBI. They are the ones that run them through their database. We're sorry for your troubles but we are not at fault here. You should contact the place you got fingerprinted at in your state and ask them for your money back since they did a poor job putting your fingerprints on the fingerprint card.

Negative experience: Paid for my fingerprints and they never were delivered. I kept the TCN number and called to follow up and it had apparently been “too long” and they didn’t have them anymore. Ended up not getting my license because of this and was out over 300 dollars. Do not recommend
Good Morning Dezarae, Sorry you feel our service is worthy of a 1-star review. However, our system shows that we have a read receipt from the Illinois State Police server on 06/25/2020 at 20:50:24 PM. That means ISP and FBI received your fingerprint file. You need to contact ISP to see if they can resend the results to the IDFPR Medical Board. Keep in mind that ISP purges fingerprint records from their database after 90 days. That is not something we do. ISP can be reached at [email protected].

Negative experience: I called and they don't answer, I sent an email and they also don't respond, I don't know if they don't want to work or what's going on. NOV.19 You say that fingerprints cannot be reused, but I never mentioned or said that you should reuse my fingerprints. And you say I can communicate with you via email, but either way, you don't respond to emails, and when I call, the call gets cut off.

Positive experience: It was ok, the girl wad very friendly and did what she needed to do. The only think might be that she needs to know how to take pictures maybe take a course so she can use the lighting very when taking the pictures for best results.
