Positive experience: I needed passport photos so they offered to do this for me. The ones they provided were not acceptable (per Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court). The photos needed to be 2 inches square. Had to retake them at an additional cost. I called and informed them. They were very nice...
We apologize for the inconvenience. We have already processed a full refund for the photos. This is a new system and we have taken corrective action to assure this error does not reoccur. How was the Fingerprinting Service? Were you pleased with the capture process and printed cards?
