Fantastic experience: Expectations were met. I was satisfied with the service that was provided and the level of communication.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a process server to serve an Unlawful Detainer to a tenant. D&R was able to do an attempt a few hours after receiving the documents from me. First attempt = Successful delivery! Professional and motivated to serve. Also was able to get my proof of service efiled! Saved me a trip to the courthouse.

Negative experience: Jason is overrated. I fell reading the highly rated reviews but my experience with him is totally the opposite. He can serve any person who is willing to accept the papers! If the person is trying to avoid service then Jason cannot be counted. He sat with my papers for literally 2 months. First attempt was very quick he tried within a week, but the other people lied, and he came back to me saying I provided him with the wrong address. That’s pretty much it. No serious attempts were made to serve with in the timeframe. There was no communication as mentioned by other reviewers. Each and every time I had to call him and check what was going on. Absolutely zero suggestions/guidance was provided. The only suggestion he gave was at the very end and that too asking for more money after getting a new date. I already paid him a high price in comparison to the others. Maybe he was good earlier but now he has people working for him without much coordination.

Fantastic experience: My significant others son gave us D & R's contact numbers. I contacted Jason about serving papers on my neighbor. I was required to set up an account on D & R's website. Then Jason did his magic. He completed the task on the first attempt. The Alameda County Sheriff's unsucessfully attempted three time to serve the person with NO LUCK! Jason is a pro, took care business and of all necessary court filings. We would not hesitate using D & R again if ever needed.
