Fantastic experience: NAIAS is the most pleasant, professional place I have ever been fingerprinted. Their website was clear and easy to navigate, they had a clean, organized space and a new fingerprinting machine that didn't require multiple re-dos. Even though it was a busy time of year for fingerprints, we had no wait (there weren't people crowded in and waiting), and Mary was delightful and helpful. Worth driving an hour for!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasant opportunity to do business with NAIAS Security Services recently. We held two Commencements at the Convention Center in Detroit and used their services. We started the discussions in January, they were super responsive and made it easy to select them over three other services. They had the expertise to operate the Evolve System, a weapons detection system. The leadership and the team were all super professional and very responsive. We had to call an audible during the first Commencement and form a human picket line to control the crowd. Would pick them again should we have another opportunity in the Detroit area.

I was in traffic and she called to tell me not to stress about the time of the appointment and that she’ll meet with me whenever I get there. Which I was beyond grateful for! At first I accidentally went to another entrance but there was a clear sign and the lady at the front instructed me to go to the side door called Abstract Title. No complaints on my end!

Fantastic experience: Very glad I was told about NAIAS for fingerprinting. I was not looking forward to driving to the Oakland County complex on Telegraph in Pontiac to turn in my paperwork and get printed. I dropped off the county paperwork at county building on Crooks in Troy and then over to NAIAS on Big Beaver in Troy for digital fingerprinting. Scheduled both visits on line. Mary at NAIAS is good at her job…I was in and out in less than 15 minutes …$20 fee. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Went here for fingerprints for a liquor license transfer, as it was very convenient. Upon completion of the fingerprints and paperwork, we left the office realizing, we didn’t have any paperwork but the receipt for the transaction. We reached out to Mary Dunn immediately and were told we just needed the TCN which they provided at that time. Fat forward 2 months and we receive a notice from the State of Michigan stating the information, TCN, was incorrect and needed to be redone as the information given was incorrect. I once again reached out to Mary who does the fingerprinting at NAIAS Security Services, to inquired about this new issue. Turns out I was originally given the wrong TCN when we first filed this paperwork 2 months ago, now causing delays and added attorneys fees. Mary and NAIAS Security Services continually put the blame on us for the mistake, never taking responsibility for handling our sensitive personal information in the wrong way or even offering an apology. Not recommended. You’re better off going to the Michigan State Police to ensure proper handling of your information and that it gets filed correctly.

Fantastic experience: I needed to schedule my fingerprinting for my CPL application. NAIAS was able to get me in same day! Mary, the woman who did my fingerprinting, was super friendly and easy to work with. She was very helpful with the technique and we got good prints in minutes! Very affordable, too. Highly recommend if you need fingerprinting services. They do LiveScan fingerprinting, which is required by the MSP.
