Fantastic experience: The field team is excellent! However my dob was in the system incorrect and they had to call your customer service. It took Customer service 15 minutes to answer the phone. I spent more time waiting on resolving that issue then the actual fingerprinting. My tech was excellent, professional and efficient. Get the field reps a dedicated phone team to answer these calls.
