Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with my experience at Dark Horse Intelligence. A few months ago, I reached out for help locating a person my family had lent money to, hoping to collect it before involving an attorney. Tom assured me he could handle this quickly and confidently, which prompted me to hire him. However, after 2-3 weeks of waiting for updates, I only received a credit report and address history—no actual progress on locating the individual. As time passed, I heard nothing from Tom despite multiple attempts to contact him via calls, texts, and emails. Nearly three months later, I expressed my disappointment in a text, hoping for some acknowledgment. Tom finally replied, promising an update, but again, I received nothing. It’s disheartening to be ignored in this manner, and it feels unprofessional. I see many positive reviews and wonder why my experience was so different. This isn’t meant to discourage others from using his services, but I hope Tom understands the trust I placed in him. Unfortunately, he hasn’t delivered, and I would like a refund so I can hire someone else who can deliver on what they promise.

Negative experience: I paid over $300 to this man to have my wife questioned about cheating in 2022 He said she passed on every question. I found of last month she didn’t she was sleeping around sending pictures and videos had some one in my house every question he said she passed on I found in her iCloud was a lie. I feel ripped off. Ask him to question u first and u lie and tell the truth about things and see if it detects it. I wish I could get my money back.

We searched high and low, even enlisted the help of Eleven and her supernatural abilities, but alas, no luck. Maybe try contacting Hopper? He seems to know a thing or two about shady government operations. We're sorry to hear that you feel like our services were a "waist" of time and money.
