Fantastic experience: I interviewed a few PIs before I decided to hire Bob Z. Mr. Zimmerman was instrumental in my case. Not only did he refer me to an outstanding attorney, but he set expectations accordingly. When we initially met, he wanted to ensure his services would add value to the case before he would accept any type of payment. Basically he did not want to waste time or money if he didn’t feel the investigation would be advantageous. Bob has the right blend of experience and background to get the job done the right way. Negative experience: Zimmerman ignored me no help no response
I do not know this person, and they have NEVER contacted or spoke to us requesting help. “Gerald O’reilly” has never been a client. Fantastic experience: I want to share my experience with Mr.Zimmerman. I went to him for services to help me find my missing son. I told him the amount I was quoted by another PI. He then told me , he didn’t want to take my money and the police should help me. He then contacted a person he knew(Chief) and I then got the help I needed for free. Oh and after a month from not hearing from my son he is now safe and sound. He followed up from day one , he is very loyal and knows what he is doing. He could’ve easily taken my money, but he was honest and suggested this is something where the police is here for . Fantastic experience: I never offered recommendations for any professional service...until now. Bob is very good. However, I knew he would be from our first conversation. He took the time (over an hour) explaining his services and offered advice on my specific case, PRIOR to being formally retained. I was involved with an extremely contentious, emotional, and life-changing situation. His thoroughness, knowledge of the process, his contacts, and his calm demeanor facilitated my transition.
