Negative experience: This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I simple mistake in the paperwork cost me $65 and they would even offer a $10 discount to resolve the matter. Go to Fingerprint Guy in Nottingham. They are FAR better than this rip off operation. I own a business that does fingerprinting for security and I will never send anyone here ever again.

Fantastic experience: I got there at 9am put a quarter in the parking meter (you're parked on the town roads) and was out in 30 min for Maryland digital and Utah paper finger printimg, the 2 ladies there were very informative for what other paper work was needed and helped me get all set up for my permits.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here so many times to get background checks and fingerprinted and every time I’ve had a pleasant experience. You do need to call ahead for an appointment at this location (Bel Air), and there was only one time I ever had to wait more than a week to get in. Fill out the paperwork ahead of time. Jessica is the one who has fingerprinted me each visit and she’s a delight, I’ve always smiled or laughed during the process which is far more than I can say when compared to CJIS. It’s more expensive but worth the convenience and speed for me. I’ll be coming here for my passport photos next year as well.

Negative experience: They dont share with you that you only have 30 days to apply for your hql after being finger printed after 30 days the code is no longer valid apparently. And of course they were not willing to re-do it for free or a discount to make up for their lack of professionalism. The girl who answered the phone was completely monotone and no apology or anything. Do not go here. Customer service is awful and they dont provide any helpful information. What a disapointment and ripoff.

Negative experience: Called several times, no response. "Contact us" doesn't work either, just went to Biometrics knocked out walk-ins, myself and girlfriend.

Negative experience: I called Absolute and asked for fingerprints for a carry permit. They asked if I also wanted HQL. I said yes. They took two sets of prints and charged for double prints and double background check. Two days later I found out that if one receives their carry permit, the HQL is free. One would assume that the Absolute staff would know this and share that information. They did not. After I became aware of this fact, I called Absolute. She said they were told the laws had changed. She said check with MD State Police and if she was wrong she’d refund my money. I called the MD Stare Police. They said if I waited to get the carry permit there would be no need for second finger prints and the fee was waived. I called Absolute back. She said they were told differently. She gave me to her manager. The manager said they couldn’t refund my money. I asked for the owner’s contact info. She said she couldn’t give out that info. So I’m out $65. I would not recommend them. I also found the staff rather unfriendly when I went in for the prints.

It took maybe 5 minutes to do paper work and get fingerprinted. Would highly recommend. Wish I called them first so I didn’t have to waste my time and gas.

Negative experience: For starters the two women there I had the unfortunate pleasure to talk to were very rude and unprofessional, paid them for nothing as they didn’t do their job correctly and I had to go else where to have it redone. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I had a 30 min time slot. Ill admit i was 8mins late. It was raining bad and I was lost. I finally made it to the building and needed help with locating the suite. I called while walking through buildjng and the lady refused to take me. I was standing at the door but she wanted to go to lunch. I still had 20 mins left on my time for something she said would be 10 mins. I only gave one star because of the lack of flexibility on my appointment.

Fantastic experience: If you have to get your fingers printed it's the easiest and most convenient place to go in Bel-Air I feel right down from the armory on Main Street in Bel Air you can park right in front of the building go a little bit down and it's free parking you don't have to make an appointment just be there before 4:45 p.m.

Fantastic experience: Visited the office today for digital and ink fingerprints. Met with the lady in the office, she was very professional and knowledgeable concerning my needs. Small amount of paperwork and she took my digital fingerprints. Unfortunately for me she told me that Florida State wouldn't accept their (AIS) ink form of fingerprints. But she was quick to provide me with information of a Police Department that would provide me with their service. I was very impressed with the service that I recieved. Thanks
