Negative experience: This place is so unprofessional we went in told them we needed PERC cards we had to wait an hour for fingerprints that cost 60 dollars didn't get a picture. Then when we called back and talked to a manager she was rude and hung up on us. I would never recommend this place to any one just bite the bullet and drive downtown Chicago.

Negative experience: Regarding the PERC card: Don't listen to the review stars he has. The owner and instructor will ask everyone to leave a review for his service, but he will set the review at 5 stars himself on your phone then ask you to type a nice message. He charges an additional amount before the classes start and ask you to get the money at near by ATM's. I don't remember the exact amount as I took his classes a while ago and only recently found out he overcharges for his services by A LOT. The total amount comes at $120 for the signup, $55 for the PERC registration fee, and the additional hidden amount. That amount is pretty big guys. Like I said, I don't remember it because I thought it was business norms, but I definitely remember being shocked by the amount he asked. I have nothing bad to say about the owner, but his practices for his PERC card registration are definitely sketchy. I would highly highly recommend going elsewhere for your certification. I can't speak for his other services, but given his practices with the PERC, I would definitely do more research before I believe they're any better.
