Fantastic experience: If you've ever experienced a flat tire, at night, on the interstate, then you know this will not be your best night. Then try it on the loop interchange from I95 to I26 in the pouring rain! (it was not raining) I'm not as young as I once was; and getting the spare, I wondered if I was up to the task. Suddenly, Jeremy pulled over and, without hesitation, asked if he could help fix the problem. He did indeed change my flat tire at almost 10pm at night. Thankfully there are still men out there who put self aside in favor of helping someone in need. You can trust Jeremy folks; he's just wired that way. Negative experience: Recently I had an experience with Whitesell Investigative services. The owner invited me to come to his office and discuss the issue with him which is what I did. The meeting was professional and the owner showed total courtesy and respect and the issue was resolved in a professional manner. I would recommend using Whitesell Investigative services for the services they provide and I would give them a 5 star rating.
Mr. Belcher we are willing to refund your CWP class fee if you would like to come by our office. The trainers that conduct CWP classes at our office locations have strict standards of safety and at times can not allow a class participant to proceed for various reasons. This is for every class participant's safety. We would however be happy to consider refunding the small class fee. We were not able to get a response at the time but the offer still stands if you would like to reach out.

Positive experience: I took a CWP class here today10/10 and OMG... It was the greatest experience, from the 1st contact until class day. Email contact, payment, were all easy, and answers were just a phone call away. ..Mr Whitesell the owner was there assisting with the fingerprinting process. Thank you for your time. The building was clean (CDC) with hand sanitizer, plenty of soap, modern and upscale very professional. The class was taught by Mr. Dustin Broome he is an awesome instructor. I would highly recommend this business for the CWP class. I thank all of you there at Whitesell investigative services for your dedication, and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I hired them in Dec of 2019 to confirm my husband's cheating with the nurse from his doctor's office (where he was a patient). I met with Scott who predicted how the investigation would play out. He was right on the money. It took no time to confirm what I suspected. They also kept me informed during the investigation not only through email but also with text. I felt very secure with my decision to hire them.
