Fantastic experience: I took the online Security D Class Course. It was super easy and has lots of useful information, as well as notes being provided to help with the exam.

Fantastic experience: The class was very descriptive and easy to follow, worth every dollar as long as you don’t have bad internet or bad computer as you can get this done within a week and probably get your license and get a job in the same week. Instructor was funny and very helpful, also gave constructive notes and didn’t teach anything meaningless. Good service for anyone 18 or older looking to start their security career in Florida.

Fantastic experience: I'm going to start by saying instructor Cruz (online class d license) was very clear with his instructions and explaining all of the slides. Little jokes here and there but professional overall! Because of Mr. Cruz i was able to pass my exam (165-170) i am so greatful to have had him as my instructor! (raise deserved)

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 40 hour Class D online course/exam. The instructor, Mr. Cruz / Gunny was very informative. He did a good job preparing us for the exam. He encouraged participation and was very open to any questions we had. There is a lot of information so definitely take notes, pay attention and passing the exam shouldn't be a problem.

Fantastic experience: Took the Security D Course ONLINE. First class all the way! Instructor and material all excellent ! 5 days and your done online! Already hired.....don't hesitate. Block off 5 days 8 to 5 Mon thru Friday eastern time and get it done. Take the test online immediately after the last class. The also have a 3 day class G class available for armed security officer online. You would have to do firearm certification for the armed class separate. Great job.

Negative experience: Advertise as if they are in Hollywood but don't have any training there. Closest one is Boynton Beach.

Fantastic experience: I took the Class “D” Security Officer on the week of December 6, 2021 and eventually I will go for my “G”. I was more Than please with the Class. Kudos to Instructor Ubaldo Cruz this man is so well equipped with Knowledge, Experience and leadership that I profoundly recommend this School and Instructor.

Negative experience: Paid for the online course The 29th of March 2020. From the 3rd day of the course I’ve been locked out of the acc. Called the Pembroke office and was directed to call the California office, and could not find anyone to help me. Until this day no one has made any kind of effort to help me. People are sitting behind a desk to help with their scam and steal money especially during this time . All I need is my refund so I can go to a professional company. Like other customers I will go to the office and call the police and file a report and have my lawyer send a nice letter. To own and run any kind of company or business you must be professional and also hire professionals to grow. Negative experience: all lies... could not log in my acc and made several calls to the office and there's nobody there that can help.

Positive experience: Decent place. Victor is straightforward and intelligent. If you come with a attitude to learn you will grasp the information given well if not you will waste time effort and money.

Positive experience: I’ve owned my own firearm for seven years, took a course to get my CCW at that time with a gun shop in Hallandale, thought I knew enough but after training with the Security Group in Pembroke, well let’s just say I didn’t know half of what I thought I knew. I first took the G Course with Steve. A no BS approach to teaching and I must say was well appreciated! His knowledge relating to the field and firearms was amazing! The day of qualification, he took his time to make sure we walked out of there with our qualifications. Those that failed, did so because they didn’t take the advice given. He and the other instructor there were amazing and had it not been for them.... I would not already be employed! After my G Course I went straight into my D Course and this time I had the pleasure of Victor as our instructor. Again another no BS approach to teaching. You don’t follow his instructions and he will gladly let you know and suffer for it!!! This isn’t a game folks! Come ready to learn and walk away knowing they gave you everything they had! I had an interview the very next day after grad day! I was hired that very same day of the interview!! This was due, in part, to how the Security Group networks with the companies in the field! And Nicole at the front desk? She is amazing! Will answer all of your questions and if she doesn’t know will get them for you! She is on point with processing everything so that when you walk out.... you are completely ready for what’s next! This is money well spent!!!!

Negative experience: I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THEM TWICE JUST TO MAKE THEM GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! THEY ARE NASTY PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: I took their D license course this July. My instructor Victor, provided a wealth of real world information in way that was easy to understand. They made obtaining my D license a "one stop shopping " experience. I definitely recommend this school to anyone interested in pursuing a security career.

Fantastic experience: Graduate today 7/25/19 it was a beautiful and fun class. The instructor Victor was very helpful in completing and passing all the test. CPR was a little tough but it was was great for me to learn new experience. I’m sure there will be a time when I can help anyone with a difficult situation and I will be ready for it. Negative experience: Straight up scam artist Charged me for finger prints and passport photos like an extra 100$ And when I went to department of agriculture I didn't need any of it they do it for free

And let me tell ya... What I heard was bloody on point. Shoot everyone involved with this was just straight up awesome! Gonna try to request some more time off so I can get my G license so if anyone monitors the reviews from this company at this location expect to see me again sometime soon! Very knowledgeable on the appropriate process and procedures and they gave us real life examples via video which helped facilitate the application of said information. I'm glad I chose this route of training over any other company because I don't believe anyone else could match the skills and mood presented at Invictus/The security training group. The very talented instructors made what seemed to be a boring class into an interesting and interactive lesson. I recommend anyone looking to get into the security industry to recieve their training here.

Fantastic experience: Graduated on 6/30/16 with my class D license – Great classes and teachers. The teachers I had were wonderful, while professional also incorporating humor and personal stories to keep you awake and paying attention. We were told “There are no stupid questions.” There are a few tricky questions on test, but its nearly all common sense or easy to remember -- so don't be afraid to take the course! Also able to invest in a take-home course book for $10, worth it for class and career. They teach CPR + AED, but you will not get a certificate unless you pay $35 which is a discounted price, normally $100 – DEFINITELY GET THE CERTIFICATE! The course also covers “Missing & Exploited Children” for free which includes a certificate and pin to wear with your uniform. But The Security Training Group aka Invictus doesn't just train you, they actually have a lot of job postings in the classrooms, a job website they run, offer help on resume building and on Thursdays the top security corporations come into the class and brag about how great their candidates are and how much they want them, most of which will take your resume on the spot and talk with you one on one after their recruitment speech and they also usually do a Q&A after their speech to the group. Furthermore, any Thursday, you as a graduate, are welcome to return to check job postings in the classrooms – a week, three months, whenever! I've worked security for just over 10 years, but after this I feel very confident and prepared to apply to the major security companies and start making a true career out of it, proudly showing not just my D-license on resumes but from where I earned it. I'm a huge fan of these guys and I will be returning in the future for Class-G license.
