Negative experience: I have come across this "company" in multiple states and feel I needed to take the time to write this review. They're a joke. They offer the lowest and cheapest "protection services" I have ever seen. The guards don't seem to know what country they're in, are lazy, unprofessional, rude, the list can go on. They operate in multiple states with little to no oversight and where there is oversight, whoever the operations manager may be seems to just collect a paycheck with no effort to do so. Raymond Zwifindel (Probably didn't spell that correctly) is a primary example of this sort of ignorance and unprofessionalism in the industry. As a private security professional with 10+ years experience. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Anyone can put a 360 dashcam in a vehicle and drive around a parking lot. Do better.

Negative experience: The company is terrible very poor management, supervisor, site supervisor, director to district very unprofessional and will lie to you, they threaten you to stay at site even when you have done your shift, they talk down to you and they don't like when your right and you know what your talking about, they hire the worst of the worst and get rid of their good workers, company does discriminate especially against women. Run from this company overall a bad company to work for if i could give zero stars i would.

Negative experience: This company provides security officers at the Giant Food store in northeast Philadelphia. Every time I go in the store every o e of them are texting on their phones, having personal conversations on their phones or not even paying attention. Just this week I watched a female security person walking outside the store on their phone cursing up a storm. The language out if her moth was disgusting, she was African American with long brown braids in her hair. She had been outside for approximately 40 minutes, which is the time I went into the store did my shopping and came back out. She was still outside cussing up a storm. She was approached by another customer to say please hold the language and take it somewhere else and cuss them out. If this is the kind of people that this company employees to represent their company, That certainly isn’t good

Negative experience: One of your employees verbally harassed me, and used foul language with me, and it’s all on camera. I have contacted management, and haven’t received a follow up call. Don’t trust this company. They hire racist men that treat women with disrespect. These security guards think they’re the cops, and think they can talk to anyone however they want.

Positive experience: I've been checking all of these reviews not only for this company but for many, and sorry to say this but you people can't be taken seriously, 97% of you can't spell correctly a simple sentence, and mostly ,what you bring are personal feelings hurt complaints, also most contradict themselves, 1st say that you've a ton of experience then complaint about things that all security companies do, is not a perfect industry there's always something, y'all should know that by now if you're as experienced as you say you are, why waste so long working in security if you want advancement etc... then be a cop so you can get ranked up, why be whinnying about the security industry, to work for Brosnan you need to clear the same backgrounds that you need to clear to be a police officer? I can't understand that, honestly all i see in this reviews is straight up baby crying whinnying, then if they are the worse , why so many companies are giving them contracts when they're more expensive than most?, dealing with co workers is your call, in my case nobody and i mean nobody has dare to cross me at any company, because I have put the cards on the table since the beginning, 1st- I'm not your buddy 2nd- mind yourself when you talk to me, 3rd- you will not make your problems my problems 4th - mind your business, who i call and with whom i got connections with it isn't your business...And that's it...

Negative experience: Went to Walmart in cicero ny. too look at fishing stuff like netting to make egg sacks for Salmon this wk. I go there every other day always buying material. So this package of pliers was open or damaged and I grabbed it looked at it and set it back where I found it. This young black male came behind me and infront of ppl just said I need to leave. I asked why. He said he "" watched me break open the package and wire gauge and said he watched me do all this and take something. So I said plz show me the video and don't blame me for stealing and keep calling me bro. I told him to plz call the cops bc that's thee only way I could see the video. Even the manager of the store told him to stop and not call police bc I didn't do anything wrong or stole and the manager said he cant do anything bc he's hired from another company. His name is kashish tall black male. Very young. No respect in anyway. I did flip a lid and I told him that's not how you do your job with that attitude. I worked over 20yrs as security Even for my home towns police department. I don't steal and break anything for no reason. And the way this kid did his job was sad. And to know he works for this company that had a great standing in the day now looks like they just hire anyone. Very poor job he did. Made me feel belittled infront of ppl. I will be calling his bosses boss who I actually know and hopefully his job off being security is over. If you want a career in security make sure you have thee professionalism to talk to customers.

Negative experience: I am a New Employee with Brosnan and I must say I love my Manager Antonnette. Fazeela Khan was very helpful during the hiring process. She was in communication everyday to ensure I have a schedule. I am very greatfull!!!

Negative experience: My local Walmart hired these jerks. Just now, a female security guard forced a family with a disabled woman picking up her prescription to leave the loading zone, and she IMMEDIATELY TOOK THEIR PLACE, went inside and bought herself food! Nice to know she keeps the disabled people away making this place more "secure"??? And i see this all the time. This place hires the worst of humanity.

Negative experience: This company hire's anybody with a pulse. I was just at Walmart and saw one of their security guards, making their rounds, scanning their security points while constantly on his phone and never looking up. I thought it would be funny to see how long it would take for Him to notice me following him while he does his checks around the store. Needless to say, he never did because his face was constantly in his phone. He and I made his security checks together, and he didn’t even know it.

Negative experience: I was threatened by a lady that works for the company screamed in my face started yelling at me because I’ve talked to a friend and then became verbally combative aggressive cussing at me calling me the B word calling me a fat B I was somebody else that she knew I’ve never met this woman a day in my life and then accused me of harassing her and never seen her or met her before that day She has very bad performance. She is a short, heavyset, white lady, older lady with short gray hair and glasses, not meant to be a security guard and not everybody can hold their composure of being a security guard. If you have anger issues you should behind Security People with that kind of anger, built-up should not work as a security guard for it can become a problem a safety issue, not only for the company, but also for the customer as well. This woman decided she was going to speed up slam on her brakes in front of my vehicle, the car come to my personal vehicle get in my face and spit as if she knew me from somewhere I have never met her and I regret even saying hi to the ladies never again will I ever intervene or even try to help a person with that form of attitude or anger issues ever again with that being said she is a poor excuse for a security guard and needs to be reprimanded

Negative experience: Today I was at Five and Below store in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. An argument started between a customer and a cashier, the security guard intervened. It was terrible the way the security guard spoke to the customer.The customer was upset about credit card customers to step ahead. The customer told the security guard to be more respectful. The security told the customer , “bye bye leave and kept arguing with the customer. This was a very poor representation of Brosnon Security and I had terrible experience in the store when we are supposed to feel safe with a security guard in the store. I did not feel safe. The security guard was terrible. She was very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I got hit while parked at Walmart in ithaca, I tried flagging down the security and got ignored each time. I also tried to call the phone number on the truck but it was a pain in the butt.

Positive experience: Overall your security just drives around and do their nails, waste gas, waste resources. I have seen them run away from people asking questions because they just don't want to answer. Now see have seen them call the peace officer to come to an issue, bit that is about it. In my time in Washington DC doing security I have never seen anyone other than your people screw up sooo many investigations it's crazy. I'm disabled now and help Whalen asked, but trying to help your employee is a challenge because they know nothing, enev the people I debate for lsat tests complain about your security, please do better

Fantastic experience: the security guards working at the walmart supercenter in north smithfield franklin ro.sario,,girard cusson, robert dwyer and christian are the best they are respectful, always watchful, helpful and kind. If i was to hire a security guard they would be the ones I would want.!!

Negative experience: The security guard at Walmart Princeton in Orlando was stalking me during my entire visit. From the pickup area, he parked to watch me and then continued observing in the area where I parked to go to the store. I was with my 3 young children, and they felt scared because of this security guard. They should train the staff better. My husband was a security guard for many years, and one must understand the role of your job and not intimidate, chase, or stalk a citizen; that is a crime.

Negative experience: Management is horrible here but if you just want the quick money then this is your place

Negative experience: Unserious cosplayers. I’ve seen 70 year old meter maids command more authority than these hilarious workers patrolling the mean streets of our local Walmart parking lot. Lol.

Negative experience: Who do I contact about the prick of a security guard that was blocking my way from leaving with the company truck he works for blocking the middle of the parking lot lane when I was unable to get my truck past his as I backed out and was trying to leave ?? I sat for 5 mins he kept liking up then back down ignoring me . I inched enough to his window with enough room to slide a quarter through from our side mirrors , he puts his window down with the most ignorant rude voice and says “ I’m not moving “my” truck … at Walmart in the chambersburg pa area !!

Negative experience: This company works for the cult Scientology. They harass people who speak up against Scientology.

Negative experience: Waiting for a ride outside Sam's club and this "security" guy pulls up and sits down right next to me and starts smoking. Looked their website and this company is not even licensed in MO! What a joke.

Negative experience: I was parked on a side parking lot at Walmart for lunch break like I have been doing for months, Kayla B. Truck #B09775, likes to take personal life into work and pulled in front of my car telling me to leave, with the most disgusting attitude and proceeds to lie about being able to park. There is a sign that says "No overnight parking" Somebody like this is going to cause a lot of unnecessary problems for citizens and this should be looked at before that happens. Negative experience: I don't think these guys can make a difference. Obese, sweating from nothing and way out of shape isn't protecting anyone or anything.

Negative experience: Theyre at my local Walmart and they regularly follow me around as if im gonna steal something. Not even good at shadowing someone.

Negative experience: Employee told me to move my car. I physically can not since I don't have a lisence. After apologizing and saying I had no way of contacting the driver she continues to litterally yell at me to move the car and screamed "fuck you bitch"

Negative experience: Bronsan security allowed a racially motivated assault to happen to my girlfriend and then told her if she didn't like what happened to her then don't shop at Wal-Mart.

Negative experience: The command center removed me from my permanent site chase Bank and replaced someone else. The command center mangement is a liar and saying in.email I didn't meet the client expectations and when I was there there wasn't no expectations but staff like me and my working performance . The command center mangement granted me the days off i.needed by appointments but didn.'t put my reasons . The management has poor communication and nothing but lazy people. They put me as flex guard and that's pure evil by removing me from my permanent site into flex guard.

Negative experience: Just viewed a video on YouTube where a customer was interacting with one of the security guards and he was extremely unprofessional cussing and yelling at the customer. Plus the security guard was parked in a fire zone , and that is illegal.

Negative experience: In NYC by 20 kenmore they have an issue with kids cursing for no reason and their not even theirs

Negative experience: This security company are the ones guarding the parking lot at Bronx Terminal Market on River Avenue and 151st in the Bronx NY. On the night of March 15 2022 I parked my 2021 Camaro where I usually parked for the last 5 months (I payed $200 every month so my car is protected) my 4 tires and rims were stolen by a guy who has stole 5 cars before mine in less than 5 days. They acted like they are not responsible for anything. They get pay to guard the parking lot. They have over 10 guards for a 5 floor parking lot. They knew the time the thief went every night to rob. They had identified the minivan used by the thief. They had everything on video and still, let the guy do whatever he wanted to do there. I’m pretty sure they have one or more corrupt guards. If you see them guarding anyplace you go be careful, they are the worst security company I ever heard about.

Negative experience: Human resources does not respond, some of their supervisors are never around, security guards are slacking and some guards are more into conversing with women trying to get dates than doing their jobs

Negative experience: Shady management, disrespectful supervisors. Don’t be mislead by their fancy marketing. They are way in over their head with lots of contracts while at the same time being short staffed on guards. As a result, the people in charge of scheduling & dispatching at their command center are very rude and pushy. Everyday involves the hectic task of finding guards to fill open sites. They will give you a hard time if you call out or tell them that you are not willing to go to a site that is extremely out of the way. Pushovers will be taken advantage of with little in exchange for their work. Those that challenge ridiculous requests made of them may be removed from the schedule or fired. I’ve never been asked about my health or safety during this pandemic yet I have been working throughout it. I have vented with chase & citi bank staff about the problem with this company’s operational competency and ethics, they completely agree with how disconnected their office is from what actually happens in the banks in the city. Guards are tasked with being asked a ton of questions by bank customers but instead of getting recognition for being helpful and informative, you’ll be removed from a citi bank account if you don’t wear these ridiculously uncomfortable shoes that don’t even match with your security outfit. I wouldn’t recommend working here for long in case you decide to take the job, you will burn out fast. The pay is slightly higher than other security companies but it isn’t worth it as they provide subpar insurance and benefits. My insurance card didn’t take a dollar off from a 250 dollar doctors visit bill.

Negative experience: Slimy company. Upper management is a joke and has very questionable ethics and billing practices. They don’t pay their employees on time. Most of the guards couldn’t secure a damn thing let alone your business

Negative experience: This company is unprofessional and there is a supervisor that is racist to the point they only prefer Hispanic/Latinos, from my knowledge NO security guard should ever discriminate, they also tend to hire people illegally, I would not recommend this company what so ever.
