Fantastic experience: Stopped in to get fingerprinted for work. The lady at the front counter was very friendly!!! They also have a lot of cool gadgets!

Fantastic experience: I have been in a few times for different reasons, and it's been the same lady there every time. She is amazing, and the main reason why I went out my way to come here specifically. I made an appointment here to get fingerprints for a job and she is super gentle when taking your fingerprints. She is just amazing , super laid back. Idk what they are paying her, but she needs a pay raise.

Negative experience: Please update your voice-mail messaging options, you don't take walk-ins for fingerprints and you're not open mon-fri.

Negative experience: Closed in the middle of the day. Didn’t answer phone or door. No sign on door. Went to the police department around the corner and was fingerprinted for less with no hassle.

The treatment towards people is excellent, she resolves any questions you have super quickly and is super, super, super kind and sweet. We need more people like her. It's a shame I don't know her name, but she's a sweetheart.

Positive experience: This place has all the expected gadgets, including small weapons, pepper spray, spy equipment, and some novelty items. They also do finger prints for some companies and agencies around town. The staff was helpful and friendly, and everything seemed fairly clean and well organized. The parking lot is terrible, but it's manageable, and usually not crowded. Would go again.

Positive experience: Went in with my sister as she had to be fingerprinted for a background check. She called ahead and was told they close at 6. We got there are 5:35 and the woman working tried to tell us that those on the receiving end of the fingerprints close their office at 5:30 and any fingerprints sent after their computers shut down don’t actually make it to them and get “lost in space.” Clearly she doesn’t know how technology works lol. We did the fingerprints anyway (as she proceeded to stick with her story the entire 10 minutes we were in there - even said we’d have to come back to redo them and pay another $50). A few days later my sister got a letter from the state that her fingerprints were received and background check approved. Moral of the story, don’t listen when they try to tell you that you’re too late and to come back another day!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to visit today, to complete some work related documents. I arrived well before my appointment and was told she could take my care of my items right away. And she was super familiar with the whole process. I shopped a little while I waited. They have some awesome stuff inside.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get my fingerprints done and sent to the FBI office for a background check ✔so that I can get a multiple state RN license. It took about 15 minutes total. I have been trying to find a place that could do the fingerprints and background check for weeks. They were very nice and very helpful to me.

Positive experience: This place has been here forever. They have some cool stuff, not just hidden surveillance but also mock items with hidden compartments, lock pic kits, even stuff for kids as well as a few gift type items that may have come from local artists, and detection equipment. They offer several Private investigator services. Technology has come far since the first time I visited 13 years ago. There are some neat things I've never seen before. I don't know that a lot of this stuff couldn't just be found on the internet and the stock is limited since the building is so small but the prices seemed very reasonable. And you always have the benefit of seeing the items in person. Staff was very friendly and allowed me to browse without hovering or bothering me with questions. I'd like to return to see if they regularly turn over stock for new items or if they just keep the same old stuff. It's a neat little shop, I hope they keep going strong and add even more gadgets.

Fantastic experience: Metro Spy Supply is an excellent place to pick up one of a kind toys and discovery sets for children. We have had a couple different spy sets a drone a safe and games. My son has had hours of fun playing and learning with these items.

Fantastic experience: Excellent company for surveillance. I hired Metro in a divorce matter, I was told ahead of time what to expect and given great advice. I would hire them again if needed. I also purchased surveillance equipment from the store and was given step by step instructions on how to operate the equipment. Very knowledgeable women in all aspects of the business.
