They will assist you with ease and explain all the different options available. It is worth going and trying them and their products out! When they have great products and amazing customer service to match it is truly a great find! They honestly do take their time with you and offer their undivided attention to you. If you need to track someone or get equipment to do it yourself and understand the process and or items please go check them out, you will NOT be disappointed.

Negative experience: Please stay far away from this place Jodi he’s a thief all he’s doing ripped people off money from doing nothing very rude unpleasant when you asked him for a refund back he told you no refund you only have store credit all the staff he has so expensive and doesn’t work people please run ‍♂️ from this place it’s horrible

Negative experience: This place represents one of the biggest times I got ripped off. They sold me a 20$ spy whatch for 300$ . I found out the same day on my bus ride home and they refuse to give money back. Now I understand why they would not take a card only cash or check! I went to the ATM the gas station next-door to pull out money as he requested . They will take advantage of you don’t trust them.

Fantastic experience: I was going thru a really rough period. After discussing my issues with the staff at the Spy Store, a plan of action was created. I am really happy with the results. Could not have done it without their products and advice.

Negative experience: Hired him for a job. Was promise real time video and photos, never received it. Then promised me a refund for hours not spent and didn't even have the common courtesy to return my phone calls. So needless to say he never refunded me what was agreed. $600.00. Not even a phone call back. Be careful when hiring.

Negative experience: This is a horrible place with the rudest staff. I attempted to call as I had a question regarding a devise they sell. The person that answered the phone was rude and cussed me out for calling. Save your money and go somewhere else.
