She responded quickly to my first request. I also did a free 15 minute call with her, which I pre-scheduled right after sending my email. Their website provides you that option. Yadira listened attenivelly to what I was looking for. After our conversation, and agreement on they would get what I needed, she sent me a contract in the mail. The contract brings basic information on the service requested, name and contact information of who is hiring the services. The contract must be signed and a form of payment must be selected. After collecting the payment, Yadira mentioned I would have the background report within 24 hours. For my surprise, she provided the report within a few hours. . She kept commnication with me via text message informing about an email she sent and confirming if had received such information. I found very important that their communication was onpoint and quick. I believe that when we have an urgent matter, we need quick, atentive and accurate communication to find the responses and solutions we expect the most. I think the Valdes Investigation Group, in a person of Ms. Yadira delivered, therefore I do recommend their services. I am very thankful.

The person left my area unexpectedly, and my clients (his parents) were desperate to find him. When we found that he was in the Miami area, I reached out to Yenny and her team late on Thursday night. Less than 24 hours later, they found my missing person wandering the streets of Miami with no wallet and no phone and in obvious distress. Importantly, they arranged for him to have a meal, get a prepaid cell phone, and a warm hotel room until his parents could fly to Miami and pick him up. They even arranged to have an investigator with him overnight. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and high level of competence.
