Negative experience: Didn't give a heads up or anything just took my vehicle then when I paid the entire balance was still forced to wait 24 hrs for some bs scheduling process to pick up my vehicle

Fantastic experience: I might say that this company handles their business very professional!! Ms. Dolly was very nice and helped me with getting my car back in a timely manner!! They have a job to do and I understand. People come there like the workers are the ones making the decisions when it is the banks that the customers have to go through, they are just there to get your information to make your appointment and/or for you to pick up your belongings from the cars. GREAT JOB ELITE!!

Negative experience: My husband paid to get his vehicle back the same day it was taken. We are also in legal action with the financial place (westlake financial do not use this service, you can google for yourself the ongoing lawsuit that my husband unfortunately fell victim to illegal repossession)! Got it all straightened out. Got pushed around for another day because they have ridiculous hours. Says he can pick up his car today. He calls to confirm to be told “no you have to make an appointment!” He made an appointment for Monday and if there is more legs being pulled on Monday, I will sue the breaks off this place as well!

Negative experience: This company is extremely unprofessional. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was someone else's belongings in my vehicle including two male underwear, socks, a hoodie, and bedroom sheets which means someone obviously was habitating and/or driving my car around without my consent. What made it worse is that the items were near my son's car seat. I'm literally traumatized by what I saw. Make sure to check your vehicle before signing anything!!

Negative experience: When I went to get my belongings, two colonies were stolen from me and no one knows how to give me an answer, they are irresponsible and shameless. The service from the receptionist was horrible and very disrespectful, they talk to people with attitude apart from the fact that they robbed me and it was not just me, I have sent emails and without any response.

Negative experience: Vehicle was not at location and we called, and they told us it was. Driver had to drive an hour out of the way To pick up the vehicle.

Fantastic experience: I spoke with Dolly and she was the most patient and caring person ever. She went out of her way to to give great customer service. We need more people like her.

Positive experience: The front desk was professional, but when I went to get into my car my custom prescription safely glasses were missing and my car doesn't drive the same since " they" returned it to me. Also if my car is paid for I should not have to wait the next day to pick it up, as long as I get there before 3 I should get my car back, something fishy about that part.

Positive experience: I must say considering the circumstance, Elite collateral recovery was very professional. The way they towed my car away, I got it back the same way. There wasn’t anything stolen from my vehicle or was there any new damages when I went to retrieve my car.

Fantastic experience: The staff there is absolutely a one. They are true professionals and they leave your car just as you left it. They were very nice in responsive.

Positive experience: Despite the reason for me being there being an unpleasant one (recovering a repo because of a financial mix up on my part) when I arrived they were very professional an thorough and most importantly nothing in my vehicle looked like it was touched. Only negative aspect about it was the secretary or office manger, whomever answered the phone was to put it plainly kind of rude. People are already in a bad mood because of whatever situation brought them there and dealing with a agitated office manager is only going to add to that. Plus side to this as well repo fee was only $75 and my car was there for about 5 days. Could've been a lot worse.

Fantastic experience: Given my situation I have to say that the staff is extremely professional and curteous. From the Tow driver who was very simpathetic and even waited until i could get my situation straighten out to the Girl who very kindly got an appointment for me to retrieve my vehicle the same day although their appointments are usually the next business day ( in my case i would be without a vehicle for the weekend). They only had my vehicle for 1 night but i called before i went and when i arrived i was greeted professionally and my paperwork was all ready for me. Not something i want to experience again but i was glad it was at least with this company. Thank you for being so professional.

They have the release paperwork but the car is blocked in and all their drivers are out, it was supposed to take hours to get it but they said to give them a half hour and it will be done :)

Positive experience: Given the situation, I have to say that this company was very respectful and professional. I hear a lot of horror stories of people getting their vehicles repossessed and come to find things missing when they retrieve their items. I even had some cash inside and it was still there. They even began bagging up my property for me before I got there. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they were 30 minutes late for a 11:00 appointment.

From the 1st time I called & spoke with Daniel to the very moment I met with him, I knew my car was in good hands. Maggie the receptionist is a sweetheart & Daniel is a super cool very down to earth & considerate man. They treated me with dignity & handled my case with the utmost importance. Daniel understands life gets tough sometimes. YES, you are suppose to notify them 24h in advance due to lot cluster but he made it his mission to have my car ready for release same day i requested it & also waved the $350 locksmith fee which I am very greatful for. After all it is a business but most of all a business I can respect . Im just soooo thankful to know I'm dealing with professionals who are kind & respectful towards me, my car, & personal belongings. I give'em A++

Positive experience: I am not one to talk bad about a business especially when I've had a good experience with them but unfortunately I had lost my car after a very difficult time. I went to pick up my property and as soon as I get home I check to see if everything is there...and somehow my $120 ray ban shades are missing. I just the person who took them gets good use out of them.

Fantastic experience: I recently dealt with huge financial difficulty, And because of this situation i lost my car. I contacted Elite and they were great on the phone.I spoke with Danny to help with the process of getting my property out of the vehicle and thy were more than happy. I also had 170 dollars in cash that was in the cup holder and they called me and let me know that the money was there and that he would be putting t away for me. I appreciate all there help. These business get a bad rep but this was more this company went out of there way to make sure my property was secure.

Negative experience: Took my car on a Sunday night. My car was payed the next day. That didn't stop them from going through my car and carelessly tossing my personal things into a garbage bag. Mind you you they didn't have a key but I'm sure they have a way to get in. They damaged all of my CDs and my $100 sunglasses that where on the front seat are gone.
