Negative experience: I contacted Macky Outlaw concerning infidelity and inquiring about the process to hire him. Upon calling was told that I would receive a call back from Macky at some point. 3 hours after I get a call and we discuss my case, and all goes well... I thought. I asked him to send me his form so I could fill it out and give him all of my info. He said my email didn't work so I asked him if he could text me and he said he could, so I patiently waited for him to text me his form. Instead of the form, he told me "Disregard. I don't think we are a good fit for your case". I responded with "Why is that?". He goes on to say, "We are not up to your standards", "Sorry. It would be better if you found a cheaper service" and "Good luck. We are not a good fit". I took screenshots of the conversation just to have because this is unacceptable business etiquette. I will be looking into other private investigators that caught my eye in my search for a reputable company like Callahan and Associates LLC, Eagle Eye Investigations Agency LLC or Metro Service Agency.

Fantastic experience: I hired Macky for three months in 2023 in hopes of obtaining evidence of my wife’s infidelity. What seemed to be useless information that Macky and his team discovered eventually wound up being substantial information that later helped me catch my wife spending the night with her lover. Macky’s communication, approachability, and professionalism are top notch. Can’t recommend these folks enough.

Fantastic experience: Hi, call Macky out of frustration because I needed some information and had no idea where to get it. Macky was very professional and understood and listen to my frustration. After initially telling him my dilemma, he was able to get me the information I needed in a very timely manner, I highly recommend Macky Outlaw PI for any need you have. He is trustworthy and very reliable but most importantly he communicates with his clients very well, and I really came away from the whole experience feeling a lot better.

Negative experience: I hired him for a very important matter and what he pulled in 2 months was not helpful information that helped the case but cost me a small fortune. He returned my calls; he met me to discuss the case and that’s always nice and professional but that’s not what I needed. Neither Macky or his employees verified the records they pulled and some of the information was old information. I provided the bulk of the information, pictures, family names, phone numbers, colleagues, etc. for this investigation. Now I am being harassed and intimidated by his attorney who's demanding I remove my review. So, it is okay to post 4-5 stars no questions asked but anything less is an issue for this business. I pray blessings for him, his business, and his family.
