Fantastic experience: Thank you for your help. Being long-distance and knowing someone is there to check on my elderly aunt is a relief! When she didn't answer the door and the police didn't do anything further to check on her, we called a private investigator. They spoke to neighbors and were consistent in going back. They finally spoke to her, she was fine! They called us, put her on the phone, took her picture and proved she was ok. Way more than the police did. Thank you so much for giving my family relief knowing she was ok! We hired them to continue to do periodic checkups on her in the future as well if this ever happens again.

Negative experience: I literally just called to get more information on their services, and Barbara sounded rude and sarcastic. It was my first time calling for such a service, so first impressions mean a lot. I introduced myself kindly, and the first two sentences that came out of her mouth sounded bad, as if she was frustrated with me because i didn't right away tell her what i wanted or seeking. She needs to understand that for us first-time callers, we're seeking guidance, expertise, and assistance. She made me feel like i shouldn't have called in the first place. A very unwelcome feeling. I called another company and they were a whole different experience. They were better and knew how to communicate with me by asking me the right questions and, most importantly, making me feel welcomed. Barbara, i hope in the future you show more compassion to clients who call for the first time seeking your guidance. If you are frustrated because you feel first-time callers are incompetent in communicating what they are seeking, then maybe you should add somewhere on your site description that you dont help first-time callers. Barbara, in response to your response, not once did you say you do a lot of different things. You're response was not anything near as nice or professional as you are making it seem. It's times like these i wish i had a recording to prove, but unfortunately i don't. I hung up because of your tone and response, which again was very unprofessional and rude. But that led me to find a better place, so thank you for pushing me away.

Negative experience: Not a big fan, Hired the company to find a person to help with an investigation, they got paid and delivered Nothing, even though they claimed to have found the person but sent me no information at all, started avoiding the my calls and when they answered it an excuse after an excuse. There are better PI’s to use.

Kinsey did backgrounds on the help from everything we knew… Illegal Filipinos, fake driver licenses, fake immigration papers, fake identities… Kinsey showed us all what they found. The PI firm recommended a few elder abuse attorneys. We showed our grandmother, she didn’t believe. Until one day, one of them asked her for $200,000 in a not so friendly way. Kinsey put us in touch with atty’s, we wound up getting restraining orders and police assistance to “escort” her staff off of the property. Thank you Kinsey for exposing these people in our family’s life!
