Confidential Investigations was able to locate my ex and serve custodial paperwork necessary to ensure the return of my son. They provided me with all of the details needed and helped me collaborate with law enforcement. After my ex was served, he fled again, over 1600 miles to a remote town again nowhere near home. Confidential Investigations was able to provide me his location, and assist in real time to meet my ex with police at an opportunistic time to also ensure the safety of my son during recovering custody of him. Their service in assisting me and my family through the most trying four months of our lives was invaluable. Positive experience: We all know that hiring an investigator is costly, but even with a $200 deposit I didn't expect to have to work so hard to get the information from the investigator. Erin in nice, I'll give him that much. However, after paying my retainer though I had to call 4 weeks later to see whether he had found out anything on my case. Then I called back a couple months later to see if he had learned anything new. His secretary Laura gave me the information and gave me the reports for the information he had obtained, after I told her Erin never gave them to me. He claimed he had spoken to me and told me the retainer was gone and he needed more but this was not true, I never spoke to him after the first time because he was never in the office. Truly disappointed.
