Sent the documents and the request was completed on the same day. Understanding California's completely different CCP Codes (than Oklahoma's) were received, understood and implemented. Customer service was perfect for my needs. Quick responses, even outside of business hours, helped tremendously with the time difference. My one and only desire was that status would had been received the same day of completion, rather than 2 business days later. However, status was received and I am grateful. It's hard to find process servers you can trust to do a job well done if you have not worked with them before. Negative experience: I hired them to watch my girlfriend staying at an OK hotel. They completely screwed up - watching the wrong people and watching the wrong hotel rooms. They made bold statements about what they were seeing but I was able to verify that what they reported could not possibly be accurate. Then, when they were confronted with their errors, they simply refused to acknowledge their incompetence and brushed me off. Totally unprofessional in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I called on a Friday afternoon asking for service by close of business on four individuals. They were able to get three done almost immediately and worked very hard to track down the fourth, late night, just before the deadline. Will use again and would highly recommend!

Negative experience: They sound like they are working out of their living room watching TV. I h ad to explain my situation multiple times before the woman understood. She referred me to someone who was not remotely qualified to handle my situation. But when I asked her the price of a service, she could come up with that right away. I got the impression that they just do MVAs and easy cases. Not very professional at all. Pass.

Negative experience: Took my money & never delivered the court case documents. I reached out to see what was going on & got scolded via email stating they needed more time. Never heard from them again. Took my money & did nothing other then present an attitude. I'm not a local customer & believe it is highly likely this was a factor. My case got dismissed since they scold you when you communicate & you only have 2 month to serve papers. They admitted they never even attempted service & forgot about me. At this point I have yet to receive a refund & got a $2700 case dismissed for choosing the wrong process server. SUCKS

Negative experience: the process server was serving her psychiatrist dr. shyvonne gray.. the process served refused to file summons and then lied on the summons saying there was no 'petition" she did this on two of the summons.. fraud.. beware...

Negative experience: So I looked up some Oklahoma process servers, and Oklahoma Judicial Process Servers were 1 of the 3 we were looking at. I chose them b/c they had great reviews and the distance from their location to the Party that was being served, was about 15-20 minutes down the road. I spoke to Makayla, Thursday morning and informed her this is a Rush service. Emailed Citation and Service Information the same day with picture of party being served. Also gave our client's contact information for service assistance. Anyone that knows Family Law, when a client knows every detail of the person being served and is tracking her own husband, she's the best damn detective and will be your easiest service for you. I had my boss prepay the RUSH service as requested by Makayla. Friday morning, I contacted OJPS for status. No response. Friday Night, our client wants to halt service b/c he's no longer in OK. Saturday afternoon, i sent an email on my disappointment of their "RUSH" service. Sunday afternoon, OJPS' response was, my email of disappointment was HATEFUL and they were there "several times" and Respondent was not there. I requested an affidavit of service attempts. The rush service was requested on Thursday, July 25th. The FIRST attempt for this rush service was made on "Friday, July 26th at 8am". 2nd attempt made on "Sunday, July 28th at 743pm".? If I requested service halt, Friday evening, July 26th at 1030pm, WHY would you attempt service SUNDAY, JULY 28TH at 743pm??? Especially, even after your email response of being hateful, on Sunday, July 28th at 4:44pm, WHY would you continue to attempt service?? This was a fluke RUSH process service. I requested a refund on behalf of my Firm and the person responding to my emails never responded to the Refund Request nor bothered to have a signature to their email. Never acknowledged our refund request, just slipped it under the rug as if this never happened. It is a shame that your non-service attempts lacked any honest attempt in our request. We are truly dissatisfied with the service provided and feel that your process server did not deserve payment rendered for services that did not begin until the next day. Our definitions of "rush" are widely misconstrued.
