Sometimes the injustice of the “justice system” is to much to take. This was the case and I am happy to help.
Negative experience: Very rude. Was on phone asking questions and already started getting snide remarks. She doesn’t even know me.
Mr. Woods I personally spoke to you on the phone. When you explained that your wife had been arrested on a DUI and felt it was not fair and I stopped you it was because a bondsman’s job is limited to placing an appearance bond to gain a release from custody while maintaining public safety. You basically stated you were “fishing” for the lowest price. Being firm in our approach to how we do bail, it’s not rude, it’s appropriate. We were not a good fit from the beginning and I know that you will find somebody out there that will help you.

Negative experience: Extremely rude, not helpful in the slightest, made false assumption of the person regarding the bail bond with out evening getting all the information first. Had an attitude with me from very beginning and was extremely insensitive to my situation. I've called 5 other bail bond places before this one and not one of the treated me with such disrespect. I would given 0 stars if possible. I'm appalled by this situation, I already had a lot going on and didn't need this women disrespect and insensitivity, DONT CHOOSE THEM unless you like to be treated less than. Plenty of other bail bonds places that won't be judgmental towards your situation.
It is not Bad Business to refuse service and Bail is something to be obtained with a full disclosure to anyone seeking to bond out a loved one. Sometimes it is to risky for the person or community to allow and sometimes a co-signer is unqualified for any number of reason. Regardless, it is hard to hear NO. We appreciate your call for Bail but the answer is NO. It is not possible for the person who is the victim of a crime to co-sign a bond for the person being accused of that crime especially anything dealing with violence. The answer is still NO.

Negative experience: We’re great initially. There were personal addiction issues after bond. When signer showed concern they were belittled put down. Person bonded seeked rehab and treatment for issues. Both parties in counseling to repair marriage. Not that its relevant . No charges were filed by court date. Bondsman Jay called person who posted the bond adv charges were filed OFFERED to repost with same person. When called back he dodged calls. Owner was called who said they wouldnt use cosigner bc she was crazy and called every time an issue arose. This is untrue can post phone records from phone bill. Poster called Once Bc of the person addiction issues and fears it caused than once again when he moved bc bondsman told her to if his address changed. Owner told the man she was crazy called all the time and wouldnt use her even though her bondsman called and offrred. There was no reason to dodgeJay called her and offered. After sharing this experience with other bondsman and insurance commission we have learned of several compliant and giving bondsman a bad rep. Unless the criminal you are bonding out is Perfect mentally dont use these people. Cant reply to your comment but it isnt true and anybody who want me to verify I will be more than happy to get phone records. Nobody flipped out but Laura. I called With concern which you should be able to do when posting a bond. Her bondsman called my phone 2 days ago offering to renew than dodged Calls. Why not talk with the same rude cruel words you did on the phone. Bc you are fake.
We apologize that helping your husband is not possible with you as his guarantor. When we do a bond for anyone, we expect both defendant and guarantor to be adults and behave that way. Your continued calls to our office complaining about your husband‘s behavior and wanting to place him back into custody after we had bonded him out created a rift that was not conducive to a continued bail relationship. I’m sure that if you want to call my office on Monday, I can give you a referral to several Bail bondsman that don’t really care how you act as long as you can pay. That is not how we do business. I’m sure you will find help.

And let me tell you I just wanted to get my baby home but what I didn’t know that God was sending us a true team of Angels. When Laurie picked my son up she called to ensure me that he was on his way home and ok . Negative experience: Very poor experience with this company. Had already negotiated that they would post my son's bond. When I went to sign the paperwork, my sister and I were casually chatting when Laurie asked us to be quiet so she could concentrate, as if we were children. My sister felt offended so she left the building. Laurie then asked if she would be the one making payment to which I replied, "I would hope not since you were rude to her." We were then asked to take our business elsewhere. Unsure whether or not this was racially motivated, but it was in very poor taste and unprofessional. Not only will I NOT be recommending this company to anyone, I will tell every person I can about this experience!

It has come to our attention that Rob Vee is related to Brandi Moore. we did refuse to do her bond. Again, Bail is a service provided and their are stipulations and responsibilities that every bondsman must do to insure bail. Coming in one a wing and a prayer does not keep the general public safe. Negative experience: I would have posted no stars if I could have. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I politely asked a question, she answered it, I tried to ask another question and she was rude and didn’t let me finish the question. Once she got done saying what she had to say I said okay thank you and hung up. Then she thinks it’s professional to text my cell phone saying your gonna have a hard time looking for a bailsbonds man. WOW, I wasn’t even looking for one, I was asking you a question. Alissa Nicolee is not our customer for a very Good reason. Every business must have standards. Alissa was turned down by our company because she is unable to meet our minimum standards for Bail. We gave her options but she gave a one star rating as her response. We offer her a one star rating back based on her ability to secure a bond. Serious crimes demand responsibility to protect public safety. Alissa just wanted her person released. That is not what we do at Asset Bail. We care about the clients we serve. Success is our goal from start to finish. Turning a bad prospect away does not make out business horrible, it makes us responsible for the work we do.

Fantastic experience: Laurie at Asset Bail Bonds came to the rescue when I needed her. I live in Florida and my son got in trouble in Oklahoma. She made a difficult situation a little more easy to deal with. Paperwork was emailed and money was sent. She saved me several hundred more dollars by taking care of this without me having to travel. Not to mention she sat at the county jail for hours waiting on him to be released so she could drop him off where I needed him to go. She went above and beyond to make sure my son's release went smooth and put up with me calling every thirty minutes for an update.

Negative experience: Yes, the lady Laurie is very unprofessional n they took my nephew to jail after telling him they were taking him to court. He wasn't behind on payments didn't miss a court date was waiting on income tax for an atty. When I called to find out why they removed themselves i was being polite, just trying to figure our why. she cussed me out and more or less threatened me. Wow, I mean how unprofessional can you get. Go anywhere else but here.. turns out he did have an atty she knew about but now he has a failure to appear and lost his atty because of her. She lies and is unprofessional. She knew he had an atty because she got it.. I don't care what she says in response to try and save her business. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner also.
Asset Bail Bonds takes into account every persons situation. Dot Dillon is not my client nor has she every been. She can complain vigorously. She can curse, scream, and as she stated go getto on me but it does not change the fact that she is not and will never be my client. The person she was calling about was returned to custody by our company with good reason. Anyone dealing with a district judge in oklahoma county court facing 10 years and no plan to get or retain an attorney is considered a flight risk. As well Ms. Dillon wants to burn my business to the ground. I would consider that to be a very bad idea.

Negative experience: Only reason she got 1 star is because I cant leave less. She actually told me that my family member could sit in jail for nearly a week for all she cared. She is inconsiderate and rude. I called as an intermediary because my sister was so upset because she would not answer her phone when she finally called me back her attitude was that of inconvenience and annoyance and had nerve to berate my family because we could not magic immediately the fees she wanted. Dont use her she is for need to not use foul language the reproduction parts of a harlot. Also like to add not the only one who thinks you are rude as hell. In response Ms.poole was told money was available because I the Aunt was paying. Not the mother. Money was there. This review is not written by the mother but another family member. And I am seeing others who have said the same thing. Fact is you are a bond bailsman and the charhes should be irrelevant. Do you bond murderers? Theifs? You are just bad at your chosen profession. But tjen again what else ya gona do with a liib. Arts degree. Smh.
This is a for profit business and as such, we get to choose who we do business with. When a person has drug charges it us important that all involed take the matter seriously. The initial caller could not sign for her son because she did not work and had no access to the money to pay the bond. When she was turned down for service, this review is her answer. I guess in her world everything is free and nibody ever ssys no. We will live.

Fantastic experience: If you find yourself in a bind you definitely should call Asset Bail Bonds. I got picked up in one city with a bench warrant in another city my brother called a couple other bondsmen and they said no b/c it was gonna be too much of a hassle so my brother called Asset and they immediately took care of everything. they have guidelines too follow that are extremely fair. i never had to be bailed out and i got so lucky using them.
