Fantastic experience: I hired a company to serve documents for me 01/16/24. After 4 attempts and 15 days, they still have not served the person. I was frustrated, desperate, and running out of time before my case would be dropped. I contacted Tim yesterday at 1:39p. A few minutes into the initial phone call, I felt such relief and trust that he was going to get the job done. He had him served by 9:28p yesterday. He got to work immediately! Tim made 4 attempts in one day, sat outside the house for over an hour on one attempt. He communicated with me during each attempt. I wish I had hired him from the get-go!!. Negative experience: I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves one. First I can and talk to Tim, understandable he was busy was reports and paperwork. So he refers me to his colleague which was in court handling official business also understandable. So I left the colleague a message. I get a return call back 5 hrs later. When I played my voice-mail, exact words " sorry we can't help you because we don't know you but best of luck and it is what it is"!! Wow great customer service before you know the whole story, I dont recommend these non professionals to anyone in my recommendation!!
