Positive experience: We hired Fragale Investigations for a custody issue and feel like they could’ve done a better job considering what we paid. They went out of town unexpectedly when we had just retained their services. They did do a good job of documenting some events but they left out a day of transcriptions in our report. We were charged for two investigators while the documentation noted only one of them was present at the time. I’ve updated this review because the company has called to apologize. However, I still feel that we overpaid for this service.
