Negative experience: Came in today for my fingerprinting at 3:15, I arrived 15 minutes early. My appointment was for 3:30. There were 4 other women already inside already waiting to be seen for the same services. A woman came out from the back office to take IDs and told us to sit tight. As time passed 3:30 came and another woman stood up and asked when she would be taken because her appointment was at 3:10. The person doing the fingerprinting (Jeffrey) stated that he was just going in order of how the IDs were given to him. Another man (didn’t give his name) came out asking what happened. So we explained to him that the woman being seen at the time , her appointment was at 3:50. So how was she being seen before us? Explaining that we had to get to work and all of our appointments times had passed already . He began yelling about how life isn’t fair and if it was then he would be in heaven. I asked him to stop yelling and relax because not once did I raise my voice at him. I explained that I was seated and 7 months pregnant so his hostility was not justified or necessary. He went on this whole lecture about “what’s done is done, she went before us and that’s that” . He was extremely rude, disgusting and should not be in the business of customer service . I’m happy a camera was facing exactly where I was seated for proof. This “man” does not know how to speak to people especially women ! Jeffrey was extremely kind on the other hand and super helpful, friendly and polite !!!

Negative experience: I stood professionally and refused to mix business with pleasure. Be very careful when you go here to do business. I had paid in full and did not get what he said I would get. He forces you to accept what he thinks is best and convenient for him. He lied!, He will showed you all the lame photos on the wall and saying he is the best. he flirts a lot!. but stick to business. "I DID". My money will help him to get a better car. He feeds on your weakness so tried to stick to business I DIid not, I kept answering questions that I know now were not important to my why I was there. He just does not stop!. He feeds on your situation. Conclusion, he is not professional, flirts, a hustler, refused to give receipts and uses intimidation.

Fantastic experience: Excellent teacher! I enrolled in both the 8 hour and 16 hour course ( which were offered at an extremely competitive rate) and my expectations for the class were surpassed. Mr. Hardy is an inspirational teacher and makes sure to cover the most important points you need to know for a career in security. He makes sure the class is fun enough to keep you engaged. Very respectful and always keeps it real. Excellent place to go for those seeking to apply for their security license or their annual in service training. He also offers several other classes such as fire watch and red cross certification.

Fantastic experience: i was looking for a security training school, the only appealing site i found was Interstate Security & Investigations Inc. and as a first timer figured well why not, hours are good, others had great reviews, it's on my way home from work. so i called and signed up for the course on tuesday the 13th, Well folks, have to tell you, i'm a seasoned professional, took many IT classes in the past and other types of courses too, Bernard the instructor was absolutely fantastic. a retired police officer who is now training us for what is real life situations if your seriously going to be a security guard. his tactic's and animated illustrations on what to expect on the job was right on target and amazing.
