Fantastic experience: I don’t even write reviews first off. Wow is all I can say. I was in an emergency situation that I needed an order of protection served right away. I called and was greeted by Tom who blew me away with his customer service. Once he found out how severe my situation was he drove over an hour out of his way as soon as he hung up the phone with me. Just wow… he served my order within half an hour of getting my paperwork! He is a PI also so I’m thinking that helps with this service also. All I can say is I am one day after the whole process and am still in disbelief from the customer service I got from this company. I could rant for another couple paragraphs but will digress here. All of the other companies literally cost double and couldn’t even consult with me for two days minimum. This place is amazing beyond words. Okay- the end. Still amazed

Fantastic experience: I had a small claims complaint and summons I needed served. I had tried certified mail, but the trusty USPS lost the letter. So, rather than take a chance with the USPS again I contacted Superior Process Services. Tom was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He promptly responded to my emails and voice message. After four attempts, the server was not able to deliver the complaint and summons because the defendant would not answer his door. Tom went above and beyond at this point to personally contact the defendant by phone and tell him that he had paperwork for him. The defendant was home, so Tom immediately drove to defendant's residence and delivered the complaint and summons. I couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely use Superior Process Services again if the need arises.

Fantastic experience: Superior Process Services rocks; the best process servers in Arizona! The personal attention to their clients needs is what sets Superior apart from the rest. Their customer service is always outstanding. Tom goes out of his way to personally pick up court documents from my office, files our new complaints with the courts and then serves them as well. Wendy doesn't miss a step, as she emails daily with case updates and sends Declarations of Service. From the admin team to the process servers, everyone is superb! Superior Process Services really goes above and beyond the call of duty, working our cases thoroughly and expeditiously to get our Defendants served. Their fees are also very reasonable and inexpensive. I just cannot say enough great things about Superior, they are truly in a league of their own.

Fantastic experience: Called Tom at Superior because trying to serve defendants via certified mail was a complete waste of time and money. My case was at risk for dismissal. Tom quickly began working on my case and Superior successfully served the defendant(s) within a couple of days. The fee was quite reasonable, considering it was a rush job and involved commuting quite a distance. Would highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: I searched and superior was the first i found. I went through the process and waited to hear a response. I got tired of waiting and called, the lady on the phone said they were having issues serving the defendant because the front desk would always say they weren’t at the location. Long story short i ran into the defendant after 5 months no communication and they first thing they said was i got your lawsuit but the process server said if i didn’t take it then i was never served , then proceeded to say they read the paper and they have an envelope with my name on it. (Of course that’s not their choice). Then i filed a dispute because i was completely disappointed. I received a call this morning saying that never happened and it’s a lie, the defendant made that up smh. Then to proceed and say they are still trying to serve the defendant and refused to refund the $75. I laughed and said i will be writing a review because the person tried to argue it never happened and said the defendant looked it up online. It’s principle for me!

Fantastic experience: Really, just incredible customer service! I was told by the court that I had to serve a summons "at least 2 days prior to the court date". Ok, I waited until the next day to start googling process servers, thinking I had plenty of time before the court date. I saw Superior Process Services had great reviews, so I called. Tom answered and explained that I actually needed to have the summons served by the end of that day due to various COVID deadline changes. Not only that but his office had actually already closed and all his process servers were either done for the day or on the other side of town. Curse my hubris! I said that I understood and it was my mistake, thanked him for all his help, and figured I'd just call around and pay extra fees for a rush/after hours job. Before I could hang up, Tom offered to do it himself even though he was technically off the job, had another appointment in an hour, and would have to drive across the city during rush hour- I was shocked! Talk about going above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied! And I wasn't even a paying customer yet but I am now and I know I will definitely return for all my process serving needs! Fantastic experience: I contacted Superior Process Services to serve a claim in Scottsdale on a Tuesday, paid and sent them the paperwork online, and they had served the papers by Thursday and filed with the court on Friday. I doubt that one could get better service than that.

Positive experience: I can't see giving this company more than 3 stars...they completed the requested service but communication is poor. After I submitted payment end of November, I didn't hear from anyone until Dec 27th later that service was completed on the Dec 14th. At this point,I had written them off as incomplete service. If they can get a handle on their communication protocol, I would give them a better rating.

Fantastic experience: I love this company. I live in California but I had to serve someone in Arizona. They served him ❤ worth the money for the rush. They got him on the 3rd day. Tom is so sweet and professional. Edit: Had to serve my husband AGAIN. He was HARD to serve but they got him a month later. I am super grateful. They are amazing at what they do. Will use them again when I have to divorce my husband and I have to serve him.

They made it nearly impossible to serve them with my court complaint. Based on great reviews on Yelp & Google, I called Superior Process Services and spoke with Tom at which point I gave him all the details. He was very businesslike, yet cordial and understanding. Well within two weeks I received a call from Tom with the good news, mission accomplished, complaint served to the defendant/s. I highly recommend the use of Superior Process Service. Fantastic experience: I provided a document to Superior Process Service for service on Thursday 7/18/2019. The court gave me an extremely abbreviated time frame (3 business days) to ensure the other party was served. After obtaining quotes from 6 other service processors, Tom was extremely helpful and gave the lowest price, even though the place of service was outside of the 101 loop. Tom also offered 5 attempts for service whereas other processors only offered 4. Superior served the other party on 7/19 at 8pm. They were prompt, courteous and provided a very fair price. Their online process made everything easy and fast. There is a reason they are #1 in Phoenix and on customer review sites. Thank you!

Tom was very receptive to a "creative" idea for the delivery after the first attempts failed (to not fault of his.) In the end he was able to serve the paperwork and a court date is pending.

I had a need to serve a notice to someone, and on fairly short notice as I was out of state and the hearing was two days away. Tom was prompt in following up to my initial email inquiry, he was thorough, his communication throughout the day of service was impeccable, and he got the job done! Tom was also mindful of expense to me and wanted not to have to add additional expense to my bill (paid in advance). Once serve, he called me to report and promised the Declaration of Service in email, and told me to be sure to check my Google spam folder as well I wouldn't hesitate to contact Superior Process Services, Inc., again if needed in the future. Negative experience: This was my very first time ever having to serve somebody, and didnt know where to start. After reading all the great reviews online, I thought for sure I had found the best Process Server to handle my case. Cut to the chase here, I just received an email from the president saying they couldn't deliver to the person, the day before the deadline to serve. After many phone calls with Tom, I have learned some things about this business: #1, they do not guarantee actual service. And when this happens, they do not offer refunds. You pay a fee for them to attempt, no matter the outcome. #2, if you pay for the "5 attempt package", they will go directly up to the person's door and knock 5 different times. There is no creativity or thinking outside the box. If there is, that is a much, much more expensive package that I didn't know about. #3, you will not receive any communication from the company on their status/attempts/roadblocks. The only time you will be contacted by the company is 24 hours before the deadline, saying they can't deliver. If it happens to be right before Christmas like mine, you'll also be told by Tom that you have unrealistic expectations, that he's in the right, have a merry Christmas, and then be hung up on. As I said in the beginning, this was my very first experience with paying for process service. Maybe Tom is right and I have unrealistic expectations for what a company should do for the money you pay them upfront. Anyone can definitely be the judge. But I know I will be finding good service with another company, and will steer friends and family away from ever using this company.

Fantastic experience: I've never had to serve anyone so I googled process servers to see which ones topped the list in Phoenix. Based on reviews and comparison shopping I selected Superior and they more than delivered. The party that needed to be served was served within seven days of my request and Superior filed the affidavit with the court for me. Their rates are competitive with other organizations and they provide a minimum of five attempts when they serve someone. About a month after the process I needed a question answered and they patiently did so. I can't recommend them enough.

I really didn't think they'd be able to serve him, but they did it in no time.
