Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the detective work provided by Pantera Investigations LLC. Unfortunately, I feel that the service fell short of what was promised and expected, particularly in terms of contacting me or keeping me informed about my case. Not once was I contacted by anyone. I was the one trying to get answers, but was not successful. I do not recommend Pantera Investigations LLC to anyone.
Negative experience: I hired Ryan to help find my son in Mexico this past October 2024. I don't understand how these reviews are real or made-up by staff. Ryan took my money and gave me false information that I can provide. He wasted 1 full valuable month of us helping to find my son. Once I knew I wasn't getting any details or calls with information I moved onto a very creditable REAL PI. If my son was not found when he was, he would not be here today. Please do not put your child's hands into someone that only sees money and not a human being. I'm not one for writing reviews but people need to know about this man.

The receptionist (Brenda) was very good at getting back to my emails promptly. The investigator (Michael) was very transparent and direct letting me know that he would do everything he could in regard to my investigation. Ms. Pearson. It is rather disheartening for you to write such a thing. Your review is very dishonest as you are well aware. This client retained us for an infidelity investigation surrounding her husband who left her. As you continuously asked Gaby, our best guess as to why he left you was perhaps due to the abuse that you put him through as you explained quite well! You would constantly call our office asking how you can get him to leave his girlfriend and go back with you, it was becoming quite ridiculous to the point that we explained that we could no longer speak with you if that was why you were calling. We wished you well with your situation, however, we explained that we're not counselors... we were strictly investigating the alleged infidelity as that is what we were retained to do! When this client retained us, she stated that she had the address of where her husband was staying, which turned out to be incorrect information. We successfully located her husband on the same day that we were retained. As you should recall Gaby, we provided you with the apartment address along with the apartment number in Northeast El Paso where your husband was residing with his female companion. This was information that you did not have! We also provided you with the identity of his girlfriend who he was residing together with in the apartment. We'd be amazed that you'd forget all of this? Do you not recall when you called again to verify the apartment number and that you were told that you'd been observed out there several times stalking them? Do you remember when you said that you were, however, you promised to stop! As you are well aware, an extensive amount of surveillance was conducted which revealed that your husband was in a relationship with this woman. They were observed kissing in public as you were made aware, along with other indicators to reflect that they were in a full blown relationship together. They were observed living together, shopping, kissing, going out together... essentially doing things reflective of what couples do! You were provided multiple appointments to come in to review the surveillance of your husband's affair. Please know, the offer still stands! Please call our office (915) 301-9900 to schedule an appointment to come in OR even better, please email us at: [email protected] which would be preferred so it's documented in writing. You were also sent out the findings which completely evidenced your husband's affair, which by the way you did not acknowledge the fact that we sent you that! With regards to being bbb accredited, if you're not familiar with that, the vast majority of businesses are not bbb accredited. They are simply a private organization that charges businesses money if they want to be "accredited" with them. ABC News did a huge story on this! We don't pay them money and if you look it up, the vast majority of other businesses that you probably already deal with also don't pay them money for that "accreditation". By the way, we have an A Rating with them which you forgot to mention! On a side note, we did reach out to our attorney today for the false / defamatory remarks that you've stated here. It is called Libel and you will be receiving legal documentation on this as we are now pursuing a matter against you for Libel.

Negative experience: 2 years later. STILL A FRAUD is the first thing that comes to mind regarding Pantera Investigations. I paid Ryan Eisenberg 5,000.00 for a very dear and personal issue. Since Jan of 22, he has produced ZERO even though he promised a three month turnaround. It is next to impossible getting a hold of him or anyone. In my opinion, this company hides behind 'stellar' reviews to hide obvious total incompetence, unprofessional and outright fraud. I am in the process of getting a hold of him or anyone who will listen to my plead to either produce one single shred of evidence that they have done anything on my case or just get my money back (good luck to me).
Hello Hugo. As you are well aware, you retained us to investigate your son's daily activities. You had mentioned that you suspected he had developed a drug addiction and you also expressed concerns of the fact that he was residing with his mother. As you are well aware, our investigation did in fact reveal your son's drug addiction along with his daily activities. You expressed that you wanted him to stop using drugs and you wanted him to have a better relationship with you! While we can certainly appreciate that and understand your genuine desire for this, we can not make your son stop using drugs nor make him establish a relationship with you! We offered numerous resources to possibly help in those areas, however, the desire to stop his drug addiction needs to come from him!!! With regards to not being able to reach us, that is completely untrue. If you recall, Ryan provided you with his direct mobile. We have reviewed the conversations as well as the texts and what you are stating is completely untrue! You left out several other details! You made threats to us in an attempt to refund you. We were not going to refund you as we did EXACTLY what was in the contract, we did EXACTLY what you retained us to do! We investigated your son and yes, we did confirm your suspicions of his drug use and other activities! We did not, however, agree that if his drug use was confirmed, that we were going to cure his drug addiction. Please state the truth, what you are stating is not the truth! Furthermore, you did not pay Ryan directly, you retained our firm. Simply because he received the payment and provided you with the receipt, you didn't retain him, you retained the firm which is well stated in the agreement in which you signed. Now, to touch on the rest, as you may be aware there was a police report filed by us due to the threats and harassment. The police followed up with us and as it had stopped, we opted not to pursue criminal charges at that time! You also left out the part where you threatened Ryan with a GUN and DEMANDED a refund. We are well aware of your violent past and record, should you really be carrying a gun and threatening people Hugo? That was attempted and borderline aggravated robbery, then to attempt to harass us further and threaten us in an effort to have us give you money when we did EXACTLY what you retained us to do! Amazingly, when you originally retained us, you were sitting at our conference table and you accepted a call. You threatened that individual on the phone too right in our presence. As you may recall, you had proudly mentioned that you had done business together and he didn't do what you had said and that's the only reason you had threatened him. That should have been the first sign not to deal with you! Then to attempt to extort money from us, you clearly have some deeper concerns. As mentioned, there was a report filed by us with the El Paso Police Department regarding the attempted extortion and threats! To later show up with a gun and threaten, rest assured you're not going to intimidate us! Had we not done the work or if something was not right, we would have addressed it so quickly! Instead, you simply wanted your money returned because you didn't like the fact that we did confirm your son's drug use and activities, in your eyes somehow it became our responsibility to cure him. We did an investigation and it was very successful at discovering what your son was in fact doing, we did not state that his drug problem would be cured and your son would suddenly have a relationship with you! While we can appreciate the fact that you want these things, we are investigators, not drug counselors nor therapists to help restore your relationship with your son and make him be closer with you again! Perhaps there's a reason he's doing this? The reality is we were retained to investigate only and we did exactly that! Why not at least be honest. Our attorney has this new matter of Libel now.

Fantastic experience: Consulted for an event. Was honest about the cost and benefit. Actually made me feel a lot better as this is a first time I have ever had an accident issue. Saved for future use. Don't get baited to pay for something you don't need. Call these guys, let them talk it out with you, and then decide. I saved them for future use. Rare to find open and honest people like this but they are the real deal. The assessment of the incident from a first time talk was amazing. They described the process of what they would do, told me what I should do, and advised if anything escalates to call them. Again they advised how they would advise there family. It was not an expensive process but versus the cost of my insurance increase and the payout for such a minor event it was not worth it, their words not mine.

Fantastic experience: They found my sister who had went mia for 9 months. She was virtually impossible to find. He was fast and caring. Very professional and even called and checked on the outcome after talking to my sister. I recommend to anyone who needs to find someone. The amount of resources they have is unfathomable. Negative experience: Do not hire, stay away! These individuals are good at scamming people out of their money. They will gladly take your money but don’t come through. They don’t return phone calls.
