We provide investigative services specializing in covert surveillance statewide. Our owner is the only licensed investigator in the state that is also an attorney and former Family Magistrate and Child Support Hearing Officer. We have extensive experience in infidelity, child custody and alimony reduction cases. We also have certified technicians and conduct TSCM sweeps for illegal eavesdropping devices in homes and offices. Fantastic experience: Top Gun Investigations is a fantastic private investigations agency - one that you can depend on at a time of need. Mark is always super helpful, welcoming, and professional. They're quick, diligent, and concise with the way they go about their operations. It is needless to say that their invaluable services will be retained for years to come.
Negative experience: Says they assist with cyber investigations but don’t because text is apart of that. Guy completely turned me away and said he hopes cops can help me. Also guy who answered the phone wasn’t empathetic and downplayed my situation. Terrible experience and rude I expected way more from a company that’s rated so high.
This person was extremely excited and would not provide any information necessary to determine the best way to help. As I was trying to explain what we could do she abruptly hung up on me. We are rated so high because we absolutely empathize with every client, however this person simply was too emotional and would not listen or cooperate.

Nonsense. I have never heard of this person and never called and spoke with me. The director of our Spanish division has been a licensed investigator for over 20 years and speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and several other dialects.

Negative experience: Compassionate is not a word I would use,I didnt have much info for him to work with.. But at the same time he made me feel more horrible about a situation I already felt bad about.and I'm thinking hiring a private investigator is the point when you don't have answers.i f I had all there info I could Google them myself. I don't mined paying top dollar for top dollar service anyone can do a background check, I needed and wanted foot on the ground investigator preferably a ex cop..very disappointed!!
This woman is unbelievable! We are a Christian based company and always go above and beyond to help clients through difficult times. I talked with her for 17 minutes, when I could get a word in, and she has no information on her ex other than he remarried and lives in Tampa! She stated her dad was "footing the bill" and allocated $7,000 for the investigation. I told her it should only be about a $1,500 retained but we need some information or we had no place to start. Because she has no email...I gave her my personal cell phone number so she could text me what information she had so we could determine if we could find a way to help. She never responded other than to take the time to post an absurd review.

Fantastic experience: I literally could cry and I did after I got off the phone with Mark. We have been in a struggle with finding information on our truck that was stolen through fraud. I came to Mark and Top Gun after doing a thorough search on the internet for a privet investigator. Something I never thought I would need my life.
