Fantastic experience: Had fingerprinting done here for an ATF Form 1, staff was very polite and courteuous. Will definitely be recommending their service to others in the future.

Fantastic experience: But the fingerprint process and the people in the building are great I just hope they can get the same kind of people on the security side

Positive experience: Kind people working the place. Tiny store kind of broken up in small sections. Not very much selection and limited parking, can be difficult getting in/out in larger vehicle.

Negative experience: My experience was as a consumer of a business you did provide service to. A public, tax supported business. It took a half hour of mine and, at minimum, 30 others' time on that given day, placing those present at possible risk of danger. I am not spam,nice try. A one star rating was a kind gesture, since you feel the need to call "spam" and request my rating be removed, I have elaborated. Please be more cautious of those you are "protecting" in the future. I, personally, will avoid that place of business due to the above mentioned occurrance, if at all possible. So, hopefully, for my sake and yours, I will be able to avoid future comments. Please be safe.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and service was fast! Also, COVID precautions were well-followed without being inconvenient.

From our weekly security service needs to making sure our communities are looked after during Little 500. However MSI goes above and beyond on keeping me updated on anything they hear that may come through before the public knows and has been a true assistance to our residents during times of worry, one sexual assault and one armed robbery, by practicing on foot patrol and allowing our residents to contact directly with any concerns or suspicious activity. The night of armed robbery MSI was on site and made our communities a priority within minutes. It’s not just about providing a presence it’s about the relationship, level of professionalism and communication that MSI offers.
