Fantastic experience: I had filed a small claims against previous renters of mine, but trying to serve them was an adventure I would NOT wish on anybody. Six skip traces, two process serving companies, Facebook stalking, Google searching- you name it! All attempts just to find where my renters had moved or where they were now working brought up NADA. Then I reached out to Grant. Talk about saving my bacon! After one day, ICS had the info I spent weeks trying to find! Professional, kind, proficient, and effective. I could not be more appreciative!!

Fantastic experience: I hired ICS to help my recover my vehicle from a renter who refused to return it. Due to Colorado law, I was unable to report it stolen and the repo company I contracted to repossess it six months ago wasn't able to locate it. A friend suggested to hire a private investigator and I contracted with Grant Linhart from ICS. He was able to do a background check on the renter, locate and recover the hidden vehicle within one day! I just wish I would have hired a PI a year ago instead of waiting and hoping the renter would return it or buy it like he was promising to. Fantastic experience: I took the basic course for my CCW permit with Grant. I was nervous regarding my lack of ability in the beginning, as I am a small female with limited knowledge/experience in self-defense. BUT that completely changed by the end of the day! Grant gave many real life scenarios, illustrations and laws regarding gun handling and self-defense to think about and practice during our day. He was super attentive to safety on the range, was patient with everyone's varying levels of experience, and I enjoyed, and was challenged by, the progressively more complicated drills as the day went on! Fantastic experience: Grant is absolutely fantastic!!! His knowledge and ability to explain and meet the needs of each individual was VERY GOOD. His skills in Conceal Carry and Self Defense are VERY EVIDENT. He does not just go through the motions, but teaches, pays attention to detail and every single person in my group improved dramatically in their safe gun handling and marksmanship skills. During the final drills, he insisted in a higher stress time sensitive environment that really tested us and made us so much more comfortable with our weapons in the end. Fantastic experience: I have taken several firearms training classes over the last 18 years and was utterly impressed with the ICS CCW class! Wow, what an awesome experience! Grant takes the time to make sure you're up to speed on all of Colorado law pertaining to carrying a weapon for self defense. I've been trained by world class instructors over the years, but Grant is next level. Being a former police officer, He brings real world experience and knowledge to his classes. Not only does Grant know his stuff cold, but he really brings a experienced perspective to the task. Fantastic experience: Grant is a phenomenal instructor. As a Prior Active Duty Marine now armed Security guard, I needed to do a course to become certified. Through the company I work for, they sent me to him to get trained. As I have already been trained in the use of firearms, I still needed to get certified. For a lack of better terms, Grant knocked the rust off, swept the Cobb webs away and got me back to full operation. His 3 day course is great to become sufficient and understanding of the laws and regulations as well as firearms safety. His best attribute is his attention to detail and attention to safety. To anyone looking for a firearms safety course, or to anyone who needs a refresher, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grant's course. He will not steer you down the wrong path.

Fantastic experience: Purchasing a gun is easy, but learning how to safely and effectively use it is not. I am a new gun owner and took this course knowing very little. After spending a full day with Grant and ICS, I learned a lot in both the classroom and the firing range. I left feeling confident about gun safety, gun laws, how to use a gun, when to use a gun, when NOT to use a gun, and even felt good about my actual shooting abilities which I definitely did not feel good about before the day began. Fantastic experience: To quote the late Bernie Mack, there is a "mystical bond between man and machine". After watching many tv shows and youtube channels on car restorations, I decided to see if I could find my first car from back in the 90s. I have a lot of fond memories with that car and I was hoping to be reunited with it. Armed with limited information, I contacted Grant from ICS. He was able to track down the "current" owner, but the owner had moved, and we ran into a dead end. Grant didn't give up and after 3 months, he was able to find the car and negotiate a price. The car was recently shipped to my current home in michigan, and even though the car was in utter disrepair, I couldn't help but smile. It was reunited with a long lost friend. I'm going to spend lots of money on restoring this money pit of mine, but at least it's back home...and that's all that matters. Thanks Grant! I'll post updated photos when I finally get the car back to its former glory, if not a little better.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were looking for a concealed carry class here in the Denver area. We didn’t want a so-called free class that was 100% surface level classroom work. We wanted real-world instruction and practical live-fire drills. Essentially we want to be able to actually defend ourselves instead of just having a piece of paper or just sitting through a check-the-box class. We were both very pleased with the quality of the class. We learned a great deal and saw our accuracy significantly increased. We’ve not only ‘checked the box’ for our ccw but also now have a bunch of drills we can practice to help ensure that we can protect our family’s safety. Some of the best money I’ve ever spent. Grant is my go to now for firearms instruction.

Negative experience: Charged $1,200 and accomplished nothing. $560 to provide an internet search which could be done in 10 minutes. Total rip off.

Fantastic experience: I emailed ICS early one morning around 6:00 am (One day in June of 2017) not knowing what to say or how to ask for the help I was looking for and had kept me awake the past two nights. In all my years of life experience, I have never needed the service of an investigator until the sudden impact of my present circumstances. It seemed the police were sitting on my situation and I needed to gather more information concerning the evidence related to the circumstances of what had happened to me leading to troubling thoughts and keeping me awake at night. Much to my surprise and satisfaction Grant called me back a little after the office opened. He made me feel comfortable. He came across confident and assured. He made it clear that his job was to help me. He told me the cost upfront which was very reasonable and less than I was expecting. We talked about my situation on a Thursday. Grant and ICS worked on the case on Friday and did the leg work on Saturday. By Monday, I had the information I had asked for and more. He gave me pointers on how to proceed with my findings in order to find resolve, which I consider a value added perk. During the investigation, Grant provided numerous updates as to his findings. The character and quality of how ICS handled my case was important to me, the client. Thanks to Grant and ICS, the police stepped up their game and all is on track. Fantastic experience: Talk about great customer service! I called on a Thursday or Friday and talked to Sam. I had the necessary paperwork but no address for where to serve the papers. With nothing but an email address they where able to track down the guilty party, they only charged me three hours for all their work; and had her served the very same day!! Fantastic experience: I take any training seriously. In my line of work, I get "re-certified" every nine months.I came to class ready to absorb, and the ICS course was excellent. Simply presented by fantastic instructor Grant: the material was straight forward. Gentle 'quizing' from time to time cemented the fundamentals. The range work was safe and the instructions easy to follow. The techniques taught brought my own groupings from disappointing to passing the course with confidence. My thanks to ICS and especially Grant. I will be taking the advanced course at a later date.
