Negative experience: I was told that in one weekend if there was no signs of proof then I would receive majority of my money back. When there was nothing found they became extremely hard to contact. I attempted several times to call and text and continued to get no answer or excuse after excuse and appointments that they never showed up for. Over the phone I was continuously accused for attempting to take money from them when Robin made a lot of promises that they never held. They took all of my money and then wrote an outrageous invoice. I will be having my lawyer involved because it’s wrong to make promises and then go back on what was promised especially as a business. I would never recommend and will never use this company ever again. Definitely scammers. Update: After posting this I am now being harassed and threatened and she has posted my personal business as you see below. I have never experienced such behavior from a business.

Fantastic experience: There are some who may feel Robin is rude; she really isn't. She's just a woman who has been around the "PI block" a few times and simply wants to "cut thru the chase". She insists on getting straight to the root of the problem without wasting time. Robin and her staff have the knowledge, skills and investigative savvy to handle some of the most difficult cases. I retained Martinelli Investigations on 2 of my most difficult (close to impossible) and bizarre cases in my career that NOONE else was able to handle.....and I mean NOONE!!! Negative experience: I called today and spoke to Mrs. Martinelli about retrieving images from a phone. That was all I wanted. She refused to give me a price, but told me that she needed to see me in person to quote a price for phone forensics. She is very rude and use to be well- respected. Based on the reviews I read today, her best days are behind her. What a rude and cagey woman! Why would anyone pay someone so rude and nasty? I’m ecstatic that I read these reviews first. That’s a long drive that I don’t have to make. I shared my experience with a lawyer today and she said that there are too many people in area who can deliver a better experience. I was done with this place as soon as I ended the call. Horrible phone etiquette!!!

Fantastic experience: Robin and her team helped my daughter expose a crooked builder. Robin uncovered over 30 years of fraudulent building practices and fraudulent billing. She also uncovered how Georgia allows companies registered in Caribbean countries to arbitrate and force their rulings on citizens of Georgia when these companies themselves are not beholden to the laws in our state or our country. Will will mislead you into thinking they have info that pertains to your case and ask for more money. Stay away. Do your research. I did not because it sounded like they had background in law enforcement.

Negative experience: I practically begged for a follow up. The reviews are true. Read them and RUN. You agree to one amount and they will try to charge you double. I paid $3,000 and never even received the paperwork nor a follow up. Not to mention, I was very specific about my budget and she tried to charge me over $2,000 extra for something I didn’t even ask for. Today, I’m receiving packages being sent to my parents and to an old business I had. Your meeting is not confidential. Also, there are things in the contract that are not completed. Negative experience: Run, don't walk away from this very, very dishonest & unscrupulous person Robin Martinelli. of Martinelli Investigations, Inc. who without my knowledge or consent charged my credit card twice for a total of $15,000 over the course of a couple of days back in late 2017. Yes, you read that correctly! I even saw her the days she did this & she made no mention what so ever of this. None. Zero. Zilch. I only learned when the bill arrived the next month & it took 3 months of dealing with the credit card company to finally relieve me of these bogus charges. And this $15,000 was after I had agreed & previously paid her company $10,000 which she told my wife would most likely cover her total expenses. She did very little to earn the $10,000, much less another $15,000. Please do yourself a favor and never, ever use Robin Martinelli. I pray this prevents others from being screwed & only regret that I didn't think until now to search & review such an unscrupulous person, company. Now a response to Robin Martinelli's response: I keep badgering you!!! Your dishonesty is unbelievable! After you took $15,000.00 from me via my credit card, I was informed by them I had to reach out to ask you for a refund which I did with an e-mail. You responded saying you would call me & I responded saying do it via e-mail. This is the only time I have reached out to your company. I was very, very, busy trying to get my $15,000.00 back from my credit card company that you took without my knowledge or consent! You better believe I was in contact a whole lot with them. I finally got the bright idea to do a review a few months ago to let others know how you operate. Please don't waste your prayers on me. Pray for the poor people that you have taken & most likely will take advantage of in the future. Better yet, pray for yourself because you are a dishonest, unscrupulous person.

Negative experience: I was very specific about our budget. Robin assured me they would not exceed that. She charged my credit card $5000 over our oral agreement. When I complained to my attorney, he stated that he doe's not use her any more. He said she use to be a great investigator years ago. Go right up to the door and get information. Now she does a poor job. She also had the gall to ask for more money and she did not do a good job. In fact, her investigators very likely lost our case in court. She will charge you an exorbitant amount of money and not do a proper job.

She acted like she was annoyed with me when I said hello.I felt embarrassed for her to have a business with a good reputation and treat customers who are only trying to get help is bad." She barely let me finish a sentence and then very rudely told me she wasn't going to do that. Negative experience: Her attitude was so nasty on the phone I decided to cancel my service with her. She acted like she was annoyed with me when I said hello.I felt embarrassed for her to have a business with a good reputation and treat customers who are only trying to get help is bad.

Fantastic experience: Wow where do I even begin?? Last year my family encountered a tragedy where my son was taken by his mother and never received communication again! In disbelief and unaware of how to proceed with this situation I looked and looked to see who would be able to help my family and I! It was like a cry for help to anyone that would take my story and actually do something about it, the blessing came when I finally met with robin and her team! As soon as I met with robin on the first encounter the ball started moving, the faith started to kick in, the actually belief that I may actually see my beautiful son again actually started to set in! Months and months and months went by where robin and her team worked their butt off to even get a glimpse of where my little boy could be until finally July 2017 came around and they had found him in Arizona! Not only did robin find him but she also hopped on a plane with me and spent multiple days out of town with me in desperation to get Kayden my son back into our arms! With the resilience and non stop effort by her we managed to finally get Peoria police department and Maricopa county courts to give us what we needed to obtain my son! As I sit here and write this tears start to fall down my face but not tears of sadness, actual tears of joy that I can finally be a part of his life like I dreamed of since the day he was taken! Without the service of robin Martinelli and her team my son and I wouldn't be sitting here next to each other living the beautiful life that we are!! I have the upmost respect for her and her team and I recommend that anyone that is going through anything in life that they don't know where to turn please please contact her team! Negative experience: Terrible experience and would NOT recommend! They promised to deliver proof in the form of pictures, video and audio of the target subject. I never received anything. All I had was a meeting where they told me what they saw.There was no proof. I could handle the limited deliverables and chalk it up to experience. However it got worse than simply not getting what I was promised - they charged my credit card without my authorization which I am now having to dispute. The contract I signed said they could not go over the retainer amount without my prior approval. After telling me their investigation was complete, they told me they went over the retainer amount anyway. I told them I would not pay the extra but a few days later they charged my credit card without my knowledge. This company is not ethical. Stay away!

The additional charge of $895.00 was necessary to fully cover the expenses of the investigation, as per the terms of the retainer agreement you signed. Negative experience: Robin Martinelli is a con artist. She kept asking for more money after I explained I could not continue to give her money. She refused to give me any of her findings and then she sent a bill with detailed information to the person I asked her to investigate. I gave her several thousand dollars and received nothing from her.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR! Google the company name and add the word reviews. If that doesn't open your eyes then nothing will. Private investigators are a dime a dozen. Robin is a liar. She's nothing more than a salesperson with no interest in helping you. At first she acts 100% in your corner but rest assured she is not. When she presents you with a contract don't sign it. It'll cost you thousands more than it looks like. Buyer beware. Move on. As another Google user said RUN FAR AWAY.

Negative experience: Horrible attitude even with the first conversation! Money is not an issue but you should treat people with respect and not think you are better then them. Negative experience: WARNING - Total scam. Be very careful. Do NOT sign their contract unless you have an attorney read over it on your behalf. This company prey on distressed women. You'd think a woman owned PI company would be more sympathetic towards women, it's the exact opposite. She is a fast talker and scam artist that found a legal way to be a snake. We first go over the contract with our clients and then let me carefully read over the contract themselves before signing anything and making a payment. Negative experience: This lady is shark and not in a good way. At first she makes you feel like you're a valued client and she's ready to do whatever to help you. But after she's got your life signed away in her ludicrous contracts, she then goes in for the kill. She charged me for things I didn't approve, showed up in court without prior approval(then charged me for it), and had the nerve to act as if nothing was wrong. She's a liar and a horrible business person. I give businesses credit for the work that they do and this lady gets no credit from me. Please do yourself a favor research more and find a private investigator with ethics.
