Negative experience: I am an attorney and I called about a client's case. The only thing he was interested in was quoting me his fees. When he found out it was about something he was supposed to have already done he got terribly rude and dismissive of me. Not professional at all. I have worked with many different PI's over my 35 years in practice and I would NEVER use his services. He couldnt even remember the case which he worked on just two months ago. Said he no longer maintained any of the contact info that he said he had gotten about the witness and then said that the witnesses wouldnt provide statements. None of that information was in his report to the client. If I could give him no stars I would. There are lots of better PI's available. Dont use him.

I hired him in November of 2018 to do an investigation on a case that my son had been falsely accused of and I must say he was worth every penny. He came to my home met with my husband and I gathered some information and asked for a picture of my son. I must be honest we thought we would never hear from him again or he would call us and say he was unable to find anything. To our surprise not even 15 minutes after he left our home he called with an update notifying us that he had went to a place of business in the area where the incident supposedly had occurred and requested video surveillance from the store owners. Mr. Goldman continued to call on a daily basis sometimes 2-3 times a day with updates after a few days we received a call from him noting that he had received the surveillance video needed to prove my son's innocence. He continued to call on a regular basis to follow up to see how the case was going. Mr. Goldman is a GREAT PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a private investigator. Once I called him back to set up an appointment the NEXT day, he told me that he would not be able to release any information to me. He had no recollection about our conversation and was inconsistent. I would not want anyone cannot remember important details mentioned from a previous day working on anything for me. I would not recommend. *** Please note that the owner responded to this 7 years later. If you could not recall the events a day prior, how can you accurately recall events 7 years later? Instead of attempting to portray me in a bad light, you should have accepted this lesson as an avenue for introspection and better business practices. I know for certain, I was not "verbally abusive" as the is in not in my personality. I most certainly will make a note of buinesses mishaps on the phone professionally, but I am not overly aggressive or hostile. Nice attempt to save your image. Furthermore, my public display name is vague for a reason; how does the owner know who he is referring to after 7 years?!? I don't even have to state anything further as he proved himself that he will falsify accounts and mislead customers.
