What stood out was how responsive and professional everyone I interacted with was. I was assigned to Investigator Gutierrez, who was professional and willing to accommodate my schedule. He was very respectful of my home during his visit and he made the entire process feel smooth and easy.

Fantastic experience: I am currently going through a background investigation for a new position and Investigators Mr. and Mrs. Crockett have been assigned to my background. I met with both of them today for my in home interview and was very impressed with them and their professionalism.They were very thorough, yet kind and showed compassion. Fantastic experience: Mr. Elmore assessed my situation and was very responsive. When our traditional approach didn't pan out, he pushed us for more information which gave him insight into a different source for address and employment data. It was a very non traditional path that we tried and it worked. It is life altering to reconnect with your brother after you hadn't spoken in over 20 years. Fantastic experience: So to keep things short I have been struggling to get my guard card, every website said something different and the price was pretty intimidating haha but I was lucky enough to find this place and get lucky enough to get a 1 on 1 class with the instructor and he was wonderful, very professional and was able to keep the mood light with some jokes here and there took the stress off the table and made the class fun and very enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here if u are looking for your card and for something that won’t break the bank he explained the entire process step by step and made sure before I left that I knew how and where to take my next step and when to come back for my armed guard card.

He went above and beyond suggesting security measures far beyond just my immediate concerns. I would feel comfortable consulting him about all future personal and and business security concerns.

Fantastic experience: I would like the first start off by saying my process with Prestigious Investigative Services was a great experience. The staff at this background investigation business is the epitome or professionalism and class. I received an email from the owner and Cheif investigator Mr. A. Elmore, who supplied all the necessary documentation and information I needed in order to complete my background process. With in one week of that email, I was contacted by another investigator to complete my interview and go over my personal history package. The Investigator doing the interview Mr. Garcia was professional and respectful of my home during the pandemic and even met me in a location of my comfort. The experience was professional, quick and precise. I have been through numerous background process and have never experienced anything this quick and respectful during my process. I was also able to speak with and have a personal sit down with the Chief Investigator where he laid down the process and whats expected of me during the investigaton up until the end.

Fantastic experience: Prestigious Investigative Services was recommended via DOJ website for firearms safety course that was needed to satisfy safety instructor certification through the DOJ for recently acquired FFL. Ardrick Elmore is very professional and knowledgeable in his field with many years of experience. He is a great instructor and very patient with great teaching methods. The course includes hands on training with instructional videos as well as a easy to understand informational booklet to follow along with and take home for future reference. Business is located in a very nice area and office has a very nice atmosphere. I highly recommend Prestigious Investigate Services.

Fantastic experience: Folks, I shoot an email over for an appoint to do my FSC Instructor class. I got a call from Ardrick a few minutes later, we set up a date for the class which was today. What should I say as soon as I enter the office the Big German license plate got my attention, and I knew here I am right. Ardrick was very professional, and he explained all very well, even if I ask a thing three times with my strange German accent. By the way, today I was the only student and so we had a lot of time to walk thru individual scenarios. I was also able to ask tons of questions. As a retired police Officer, Ardrik knew a lot, and he has a lot to tell, but we never lost focus on our stuff. I also got a big book with tons of information, this thing is not available for download and contains twice the info as the manual which can found on the DOJ Website. I am sure this would not be my last class at Prestigious Investigative Services. As a gun enthusiast and as an immigrant I will highly recommend this place.
