Negative experience: Corruption/fake reviews

Negative experience: Can't find a working phone # on them

Negative experience: I was a patient at the Southwest Medical Urgent Care on Charleston and Rancho. The security was from G4s and was very unprofessional. She was on a personal call, cursing loudly. She didn't have a care in the world. She finally walked outside and I could hear her every time the door opened. What kind of people do you hire for your company? Very unprofessional in a medical facility. I was horrified. I tried to call the company and complain about this person but they're closed on weekends and you can't get ahold of anyone. Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Very professional

Negative experience: The guards at Queensridge are unprofessional. They repeatedly hang up the phone on residents with valid concerns and their favorite excuse to say when they are actually required to show up is, “This is not in our jurisdiction”. Even a simple internet search on the Head of Security assigned to the community reveal very questionable history and is not a positive reflection of the safe, upscale environment and standards the community tries to portray. Everyone in the community pays minimum $250 a month on HOA with most homeowners paying upwards of $400-550 a month, and the Queensridge Tower residents paying about $2,500 a month and this is the low level of security the community is subjected to.

Negative experience: The guards placed at eagle trace are the worse. They are not all bad, but they can be terrible. The white guy with blonde hair and green eyes thinks he is tough until you ask for his name. He refuses to give his name after being rude and lazy but will give his supervisors name. He doesn't respond to calls and doesn't open the resident gate for residents. He gives me bad vibes.

Negative experience: The security at Eagle Trace Apartments get high on the clock and aggressive when they are asked for their names to be reported !

Fantastic experience: This review is for the newest Security officer. Tina chapple. I have the the pleasure of speaking with her but she has a very positive attitude, she's very polite, she's very professional. I would like you guys to know that Tina makes your company look amazing I can only speak for myself but I would hire Tina on at my company I would hire a thousand of her she is what is going to make your company thrive even more you guys did an awesome job hiring her...THANK YOU TINA FOR YOUR VERY BRIGHT, POSITIVE, SELF. WE FEEL VERY SAFE AT OUR HOME WITH HER WATCHING THE AREA..

Fantastic experience: This review is for Kenny he is the security guard at Green Valley Library. He is awesome, so polite, informative and professional. Due to Covid the Library was closed but he was sitting outside smiling and greeting customers for reservations and information. His demeanor was great, his friendliness was exceptional and to meet a smiling face during these uncertain times was priceless!!!! Thanks

Negative experience: I was at Sunrise Hospital on Saturday 01/19/2019 at approximately 10 pm and I noticed one of the guards with a guard dog ....My concern is that the guard dog looked in distress and seemed to be scared with his ears tucked back..... Does your website page have information on your dog services and the well being of your dogs

Negative experience: They havent paid my paid vacation. Apparently they dont have any office workers so checks are short. They get combative when we tell them, "hey, my check is short by $300." So what's going on?

Positive experience: Front desk reception and wide contract options.

Negative experience: I don't know as far as a company as a whole but this review is about an employee of the company which works on Lakemead and Civic Center shopping center which she supposed to be doing security but most of the time she continues to harass the people who are shopping or taking care of business she rides around on that golf cart messing with people for nothing

Negative experience: The office staff can be very unprofessional towards the employee's. If you apply for armed security, you better make sure your firearm works. Mine didn't and I was guarding a bank.

Positive experience: Nothing special

Negative experience: They don't speak the truth, round a round, lowest pay in Vegas, stay away, don't waste your time.
