You normally don't expect to be told you have the wrong number after the phone is answered with "Confidential services how may i help you"..and hung up on lol. No redirection, nothing. No application needed then I guess haha!

Negative experience: This lady claimed to work for this company showed up at my house in Dayton, looking for someone. She went straight into asking questions, did not introduce herself or the company she worked for. She did not carry any credentials to prove her employment nor business cards to share contact information. Felt super shady.

Here is only a little bit of all the help they have provided me. Gary Proper and his team helped me serve my son’s mother court documents. for the court in Columbus, Ohio. She was intentionally hiding and keeping me away from my little son for no reason. She lied to court several times and I asked Gary to please send his server prosecutor to testify in court , and without hesitation, he came with me to the court house. He stayed there almost 6 hours or more until everything was clarified . He was very determined to help me. I can respectfully say that he treated me like family. Four year after Gary Proper and his team helped me for the first time, Ihad to contact him again because my sons mother had changed her address without notifying me or the court. Fantastic experience: During the month of December I experienced one of the greatest fears a mother could possibly be drawn to deal with. My daughter was reported missing and I had no idea where she was, or what had/would happen to her. Two days later I found out she left our residence and had taken public transportation 400+ miles away to Columbus Ohio. I spent countless days at my local courthouse pleading for assistance as the local authorities did not assist me in the manner that I expected. Fantastic experience: My father was a Justice on the Ohio State Supreme Court and I come from a family of lawyers. So I have some familiarity with legal matters. I was actually referred to Confidential Services by a trusted attorney. Not only did Confidential do an excellent job, but Chief Investigator Proper, who is involved with every case, was quickly reachable and always responsive. In several instances, time was of the essence and they moved in very quickly when necessary. Because Confidential Services works closely with police and the Courts, they know the law, its parameters and how to gather crucial evidence and testimony. For me, they found evidence proving contractor fraud, discovered and removed illegal cameras and audio surveillance which violated Federal wiretapping laws, and did the legwork to uncover an individual, who commissioned illegal robberies. The scope of their responsibilities involved taking video footage, following up and interviewing witnesses, and coordinating with the Court. Because they know what they are doing, when presented with the problem, they 'ran with the ball', way ahead of what I could have suggested. Fantastic experience: I first met Investigator Proper almost 15 years ago concerning a case where my best friend Phil was murdered. The Columbus Police failed to properly investigate and coerced the coroner to declare it a suicide. Mr. Proper told me in the first meeting to be prepared to accept it was a suicide if that is what he uncovered. He did prove beyond the shadow of any reasonable persons' doubt that is was murder. It was an incredibly complete investigation including ballistics specialists, medical experts, fingerprint analysis and blood splatter and sometimes lack thereof. In my divorce case he proved my suspicions that a medical expert used by my Ex was found guilty of felony fraud and lying to insurance. I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT MEET A MORE HONEST AND CARING MAN WITH AN INCREDIBLY HIGH RECORD OF SOLVING CASES. Although everyone in the company would get an excellent rating from me, Mr. Gary Proper took my cases above and beyond the point many investigators would have stopped. When needed he has a long list of professional contacts available for support. Obviously 5 stars is not high enough for a rating on Confidential Services and Mr. Proper.
