Fantastic experience: Human Resources are very nice. I love the way Everyone works well together. They took the time to go over everything with you so you understand clearly about your assignment. This business is very family oriented.

Fantastic experience: I worked at Doyle Security Service for years and all I can say is that I had positive experiences with their staff. The managers and supervisors were very helpful and supportive at every event or job I had to perform, I highly believe that all depends of how serious you take your job and how valuable your work ethics are. One supervisor from all I worked with is Gerardo Molina his work ethic is one of the things I can respect and admire due to the fact that no matter what he goes thru in his personal life he will get the job done. Learning from this type of supervisors and taking advice to get better in life was one of my priorities and all I can say is thank you to DSS and all the staff I worked with.

Negative experience: Thought it was a good company, I bailed them out several times cause guards kept calling in sick . But they wanted me to use my personal car for a 9 hour day and offer me $10 in gas . I refused to put miles on my car and receive a sadly amount of fuel reimbursement amount , I was forced to “ volunteer resign “ . Don’t push it to hard , cause nobody cares about human respect anymore

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Doyle Security Service for 7 months and I have no complaints. They’ve showed me the ropes and never left me to figure out anything on my own. My manager Frank is the best manager I ever had. He’s very understanding, easy to work with and supportive. He makes it easy for me to do my job on a consistent basis and if I’m ever having any problems, he always there to help me find a solution. I’ve had my security license since 2008 but comparing to the security jobs I’ve had in the past, Doyle Security has been my favorite security company by far.

Negative experience: Stay away from this company. They want so much info from you and the pay is horrible. And the owner doyle is not friendly person at all. They do not care about the guards at all

Negative experience: This is your run-of-the-mill "security services" company. Nothing special about what they do. They apparently only hire unarmed guards, which, unless you've committed a violent crime in the past, anyone with an IQ of more than 50 can achieve a license for. Low pay, low morale, and the company doesn't give a damn about anything except their profit margin...which is reflected in the guys they hire. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.

Fantastic experience: Good company from management down to the guards, very caring staff and you develop a personal relationship with your team. More security companies should be like DSS. Keep up the good work DSS.
