Positive experience: I’m giving a 4 star review today because the only issue I did have was whoever answered the phone wasn’t as friendly as the other people who spoke with me there. everyone else was nice and relaxed. But that lady on the phone, you can just tell she’s ready to be rude to whomever if they said the wrong thing. Other than that lady, everything else went smoothly. No damage to my car, no stolen items, and they actually wait for someone who knows how to drive a manual to drive it off the lot instead of having some clueless person do it and burn your clutch out. So I was cool with that. Was there for maybe 30-45 mins after my appointment time.
Negative experience: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Husbands truck was towed and they stole everything worth something out of his truck. Handed him everything in trash bags. I will be posting my experience all over social media.

Negative experience: Yes the women in the office aren't mean, you do indeed have to schedule on the website yourself to get your items. Everything is in trash bags, if u happen to have liquid items your paper work will be messed up. You get about 90% of your items. You feel like your in jail as you wait outside. Definitely secure with infrared swivel cameras. Other companies doing the same thing are much more friendly at least I could get my items myself, they knew you wasn't going to get the car out. As I parked loading the other car they already had a tow truck to tow my other car after 10mins of being parked the truck was there.
Negative experience: The people who answer the phone or super rude they're not helpful whatsoever. They act like you've done something wrong when it wasn't your fault your car got stolen.
Negative experience: They are thieves! I was in the process of moving when they towed my car. when I went to get my things half of my valuable things was missing. They do not let you get your belongings out the car they bag em into trash bags and bring em to you outside of the facility
Negative experience: This company was extremely rude and nasty. Threw away all of our sentimental and personal belongings in car without any notice at all. Wouldn’t have known if I didn’t call. Just evil, they had no remorse. Do not be surprised if this company steals your belonging
Negative experience: A bunch of thieves!! They had our car for like 12 hours and were already going through our stuff!! Under Louisiana law you have 10 days to get your stuff back! They were going through EVERYTHING!! I have not noticed anything missing yet, but nothing was where we left it.
Negative experience: I am writing to expose the Guardian Services located here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana thats on Florida Blvd. These people are crooks literally and very unprofessional. Not only did they take my car without leaving documents behind so I would know where my vehicle was taken; their excuse was that its no contact so they couldnt notify me or allow me the right to come and get my own belongings out of the car. They even took some things that I have yet to get back: my brand new air pump, entertainment lights with the remote control
Negative experience: Lol they went through my things didn’t even have my car for 24hrs opened close boxes & stole my cologne didn’t take the 2 dollars I had but wanted to look for more than that. I even called the day of & let them know I was coming to get my car
Negative experience: No respect for handling your property. My windows were left down so my vehicle got rained in, my doors were left unlocked & my tool box had been ramshackle through. Wouldn't recommend to an animal!
Negative experience: They threw away my baby water and snacks. I can see my things, but to throw away my infant food is beyond me. Not knowing my circumstance. That part of the policy should be changed.

Negative experience: 1 Perfume bottle, lighters , ashtray and 5 bottles of hand sanitizer were taking out my car . Only took 3 days to get my car back . One of the lighters were taken out of my purse. That’s very disrespectful to take people things thinking they won’t remember or come back for it .

Negative experience: On 8-27 here is how I picked up my car in Shreveport undrivable had to use tape and bungee cord just to drive it home all the way to minden! Now my check engine light is on with 5 codes ! My car had no issue before. I’m currently waiting on a response from Kenner office. My car is unsafe to drive because engine underboost is messed up along with other issues. This is UNACCEPTABLE and hope these reviews will make this process of them fixing this faster ../ my vehicle was only here a few hours and they estimate to fix my car is more than I had to pay to get it back !

Negative experience: Due to Covid I lost my car. Went to get my car literally the next day & had an bad experience with that. Which I didn’t fault them (but I should had) because their attitudes are unmatched. SEVERAL items are missing out of my car which I do not understand because people work hard for their stuff. While searching my car an short round white gentleman watched me which i believe is because he knew they stolen my items. Life happens but to steal items out of some ones car at an time like that is just evil. Trust me karma will be coming all of you guys that work there way. Remember god sits high & looks low. Whoever the owner is. You need new employees NOW!

Negative experience: Very short answers and not a place with good people skills they may as well be replace with a machine. I went to get my car the next day and things were already missing and I have away to track some of the items thief will be caught.

Negative experience: Came and repoed my brother in laws truck, they were told that my back yard was still really wet from all the rain we've had and they still went back there then buried their tow truck in my backyard to the axels and had to get another tow truck to pull them out guy said he would be back the the next day to fix it but never came back then called and they were very ride
Positive experience: I got repo'd. Life happens. I was however, blessed enough to get my car back. I had a $1 bill from 1935 in my glove box. I fully expected it to be missing, as per other reviews. It wasn't. Literally, everything I had in my car was there, and accounted for. Advise for Repo people like myself. DO NOT book your appointment until at least the day after you pay your bank for release. I booked early, (in an attempt to find out what fees I'd have to pay Guardian). Turns out, I didn't have to pay them anything. HOWEVER, since the appointment was denied, my car was towed to Slidell, LA, costing me an add'l $150. When I got to Slidell, my car had the plates removed. They were left in my property back at Guardian. It was on a Friday, and there was no appointments left that day. The staff was very understanding, and made an exception, allowing me to get my things & license plate. I only wish they would have been more forthcoming early in the process about the fees or lack of, but really.. I had nobody to blame but myself and lack of financial planning. Hope this helps somebody out there
Negative experience: Not very nice
Positive experience: Customer service was nice and straight to the point. Its takes a day to process your vehicle and they will tell you to call the next morning to set appointment time for your pick up. Once you get there everything will already be bagged for you. Just show your I.D and can be on your way. 10- 15 minutes tops. The Baton Rouge location was very courteous.

Negative experience: Wow! So so so unprofessional! They stole several things out my car and when I called to report it they were very rude and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I had to make a police report and now looking into getting a lawyer. Someone has to stop these criminals!

Negative experience: So many issues with this company. Where do i begin, first off they came to get our family van at 5 am, no knock, no call, no note, no nothing, upon retrieving the vechicle under my car port they hit my truck with their tow truck, and pulling it out they ran over a bike, hit the riding mower and the shop vac, not to mention they broke the gate to the entrance to my property to get on the property, couple issues it was an illegal repo as we are under bankruptcy , and the hit and run on my truck, and criminal damage to my personal property. Ow did i mention i have it all on security foot age. They didnt even get out and check the vin or plate. Went to retrieve personal property as me and wifes wallets were in there. They had my wifes wallet but mine with my life in it missing, they mentioned 6 people that touched or had access to van. Needless to say i have 2 police reports in 2 different parishes. Cant wait to see what happens for the illegal repo, criminal damage to property, and theft.
Negative experience: I was driving next to them, and they switched lanes suddenly, almost running me over.
Negative experience: Never received my personal property lied to me and told me my car wasn’t at the yard that Friday and that Monday my car went to an auction now I have to drive two hours away to pick up a car that I paid all that money for and they don’t want to answer the phone or not give me a call back I need my personal property someone needs to do something about this company then you have to sit outside and wait one by one for about an hour until they were ready for you to come in their building

Negative experience: This place towed my front wheel drive by it’s back tires WITHOUT swithing to neautral. When I went to pick it up and they were surprised that it wouldn’t shift out of park. I WONDER WHY!?! Then took it amongst themselves to try to go under my hood and try to fix my truck. Not one person was a certified mechanic. When I askedone of their workers to stop him they didn’t until sparks were flying from my engine! I have everything on tape! I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT.
Negative experience: Just another company that extorts people... Worse customer service...the staff must have obtained their education in a back alley...no wonder Louisiana has the worse education and highest poverty rate.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional! The day my car was repossessed I called them to retrieve my belongings. They told me it was still processing. So I waited a few hours. Then I call back, they say it still processing call back after lunch.. I called around 2:00 and NO ANSWER. I kept calling until 4:00 and no one answered at all. I had to call another to get through to the other... And THEY ARE ALL IN THE SAME OFFICE. I went to pick my stuff up today and all of my stuff was in garbage bags with the date labeled the 14th! Today is the 15th so that means as soon as they got my car the took my things out. So why couldn't I get it my things the day of? Then when I went into my WALLET MY MONEY WAS GONE. They took it upon themselves to pay the personal belongings fee with my money... My lawyer was called immediately after I left.

Negative experience: Wish that I could score them negative stars. Took 3 days to find out where my truck was. Then I get there to pay the storage fees and they hand my key back in to separate pieces. (ignition key separated from key fob sensor.) Then has the nerve to be unbothered on how the key was broken; but adds that there is a daily fee for storage per day.
Negative experience: Straight garbage and same thing happen to me. Car was taken without notice or knock on door. No paperwork and it took me 2 days to find out where the car was.
Negative experience: Terrible customer service! Unprofessional at its best. Car was repossessed which isn’t the issue, how about my car is blocked and in now I have to sit and wait for a tow truck to come and move another vehicle so I can get my vechile. They tried to get me to sign paperwork saying I seen rhe vehicle and I haven’t . I pray to never experience this again and pray they have a more understanding crew of professionals to work here .

Negative experience: I did not have my car taken but a friend did. I went with my friend to get the most important stuff in there which was the work I.D and the lady we spoke with was very evil. She kept saying they need 24 hours to process the car. So we needs the car seat also. They said they would let us get the car seat but everything else needed to wait. I told my friend just get the car seat they don't want you to clock in and out of work cause they evil and the ash going say, yes m'am that's exactly it! And I said yeah I know. They live to take people stuff and get a thrill off of it. But bad luck is gonna come to them some kind of way.
Negative experience: Took the car in the middle of the night without notice, busted my drivers side window when removing vehicle, balance paid in full the next day when we realized it was gone (Saturday morning) but car couldn't be "found" for 3 more days. Once found we could only pay/pick up on a Monday Wednesday or Friday between 8-12. So we did, they broke a transmission connection while trying to reconnect, car won't drive. Towed car to dealership, tow driver backed my car into a bright yellow pole. Now we are FIGHTING with this company to fix what wasn't broken when the car was picked up. I'm now two weeks without a car and now that the car is fixed the company is dodging our phone calls to get the bill paid. We had no choice in who picked our car up, but RUN from them if you ever have to deal with them. The absolute WORST! My next step is hiring an attorney.
Negative experience: No one ever knocked on my door nor did I see any papers dug up in my lawn. I called to see who was going to pay for that and got no response.
Negative experience: These people came to my house which is in Eunice,La, between 6 and 8 am yesterday and took my truck out my yard without any notice or anything. I have been calling all day to find out where and what happened to my vehicle and I have been informed that these people have it in their possession. Called Welfargo bank and was told they didn't even know what was going on and didn't send anyone.Will be calling first thing in the morning to find some answers and how to get my vehicle back it was the only transportation back and forth to work. You guys serious need to warn people before you just do things like this.
Negative experience: If I could give a 0 I would. Originally told, on a recorded line, vehicle would be picked up Friday for 12pm. They decided to take vehicle early on Wednesday at 1am. I was given no warning, no phone call, no knock on the door, nothing. Called and advised what had happened, was told I have to pay a ridiculous $75 fee to get back MY personal property. Including my social security card, money and debit/credit cards, government documents, and all of my military uniforms. Lady I spoke to was rude and even ridiculed the situation. What's worse, is that I was treated this way on Veterans Day. Way to treat your military personnel who fought for your freedom right? Charging $75 to retrieve YOUR personal items is asinine and down right crooked.
Negative experience: OMG!!!!!! the worst experience ever. someone show up taking my car out of my drive way at the middle of a friday night with out any notice or warning not even a knock on the door, door bell ring, or even a note. Let alone not giving information on where my vehicle is being located. I had to work in the next morning (Saturaday) and they I couldn't do anything about until Monday. annoyed
Negative experience: Ok.. Ok.. I didn't pay my car payment (a few of them) on time & I understand that they did what they had to do. I've gotten my car back BUT they did keep a few of my items & now they're not answering my phone calls or have they called me back after my numerous voice mails!!! If needed, I'm going back with parish officials because something very valuable was taken from me & I WANT IT BACK!!!!! This is not how business should be done. How can you actually steal cases of water & just forget to give it back to a person??!!???!!! They're so rude at their window as well. I thought Customer Service was what brought people to a business, especially after the person just lost their vehicle!!!!
Negative experience: Did NOT receive a notice or a knock on my door . They repossessed my vehicle and had my alarm going off and they drove right out my gate with the hood of my car up! Definitely will be seeking a lawsuit .
Negative experience: They didn't knock on my door, they have my purse and many other personal belongings. My granddaughters car seat, my husbands wallet, and my health insurance cards. No paperwork, no nothing
Negative experience: Two large black guys came by to repossess my car in the middle of the night. They did not knock on my door and they did not show any paperwork. When a neighbor saw what was happening and I went out to find what was going on they tried to show me an old file on a phone dated from September, but could not give me any hard paperwork or other info. I showed them receipts as well as explained this was some sort of mistake. This was when the bank was clearly not open to be called. The police was called. They ended up leaving, but in the process did damage to both my car and the private property of my neighbor. After speaking with the bank and receiving confirmation that they incorrectly tried to tow my car I was still not called or contacted for an apology. I understand the nature of the job, but this was horrible communication, Terrible customer service and I have photos of the damage. Know your Rights People!!!
