He literally pulled over on the side of the road (he was driving when I called) and found the contractors home address and texted it to me immediately. Excellent service! After researching many investigators, it was the google reviews that help me finalize my decision. Fantastic experience: Brian was very helpful. I found my stolen ATV online for sell 2 months after I filed a police report with HPD. I contacted HPD theft line and they were unable to help me. I then googled local private investigators in the area and Brian’s company Panoramic Investigations popped up. So I then immediately gave Brian a call. And within less than 18 hours he set up a sting for me and took possession of my stolen ATV for me to pick up from him. (All done the day before Thanksgiving) I can’t express enough how amazing his work was. Wish I could’ve paid him more since I know it wasn’t an easy task to do but due to funds I was unable to. I really hope this review can show people he’s the best in the area HANDS DOWN. I would use him again if I had to and I highly recommend his services. I’d give 10 Stars if I could!!

This is my first time having to hire a private investigator so I wasn't sure about how it was supposed to go or what needed to be done...they were so sweet in walking me thru all the processes and being very clear about things. They took time to hear my entire story and it's a long one. :) I could tell that they really cared about my case and were invested 100%. Their rates are also very competitive so you know you aren't being taken advantage of. The quality of work you get for the price you pay is tip top! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Negative experience: I am shocked and quite frankly suspicious of all the glowing reviews here for this company, so I am going to write the review that I wish someone else had written before I got involved with this company. Brian was very responsive and engaged....until money actually exchanged hands. It was downhill after that. At that point he stopped responding to email, voicemail, texts, etc. As far as I know, no actual/verifiable work was ever done on my case, and he never provided a summary of services/findings, despite being asked to do so multiple times. This guy is one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever done business with. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently looking into what other options I have to get a satisfactory resolution in this situation. Save yourself a headache and go with one of the many other investigative services firms in the Houston area. UPDATE: I want to make sure my review is fair and accurate. That being said, shortly after posting this review, Brian did reach out to me and supplied the information I was seeking regarding my case.
