Negative experience: I called in begging for help on my case. The man wouldn’t even hear me out he stopped my and said to go to the police after I already explained that the police could not help me. Very disappointed and dissatisfied because this company wouldn’t even try to help me at all!

Fantastic experience: I'm an attorney that uses many different investigators over the years. Larkins Investigation is one of the best. Communicates through an online case system that is great, and gives updates unlike most investigators. I wasn't charged until the person was served unlike most investigators. And I kept trying after failing to serve the person, unlike most investigators. A little more expensive but a great example of "you get what you pay for."

Fantastic experience: I have been a practicing attorney for more than 40+ years and have retained a dozen or so Private Investigators. I contacted Matt Larkins of Larkins Investigations Sunday, July 5 to assist me in finding a missing person in the Nashville area. Matt and his associates immediately began their investigation and reported the findings “at least” 3 to 5 times daily, leaving no lead unaddressed, until they located the missing person on Wednesday, July 8.
