She is very professional and great at her job. From what I understand getting people to do drugs in front of a private investigator is almost impossible to get on video. Not only did she videotape them doing drugs, she videotaped them doing drugs twice (in two days). The kicker was the fact she taped them less than an hour of meeting them. Within an hours time the people she was investigating warmed up to her like she was their best friend and told her stuff on day one that I wouldn't tell a good friend. Negative experience: If you need confidential, honest, and trustworthy private investigations, stay as far as you can away from Pollard investigations. We hired her for a very easy assignment and she very bizarrely infiltrated herself into our lives. She's hostile, angry and unprofessional. Then she wouldn't sign our property over to us, made excuses not based on truth and is still lying her way out of her own unstable actions. It took almost a year to report her and take her to the private investigation state board to get her to sign over our property that we already paid her for upfront. She misled us north south east and west until we had to delay the extremely important things associated with our case waiting on her to comply with giving us our own property authorization of use. It was very damaging I only wish I had been warned about her. Save yourself a lot of misery and go get someone who has a lot of documented experience and someone who you haven't been told doesn't tell the truth.
